    A person saying they are a private investager hired thrid party collection agency threaten me with the jail time for a debt that is over 10 years old and after talking with them I found out the the suppose it debt is not mine the date and time of the payday loan I was living in another state and also reported to the credit breau of having indenty threft happening to me. This company has never sent me anything in writing and i would like the calls to stop.

    They called me wouldnt send me anything either. Wanted me to buy a pre paid visa card and send them $300.00. I do owe this payday loan,but I dont understand why they wont give me anything in writing
