Companies change their phone numbers more than one changes clothes! Getting fed up. How do they think annoying people 24x7 'helps' their business or organization? It doesn't. You're ticking people off. STOP calling morons. Have NEVER answered, EVER. You'd think they'd eventually STOP!

One of those cases where punctuation is important, unless you actually meant to identify yourself as a moron. (I don't think you did, since you "NEVER" answer, an important indicator of non-moronic behavior.) Isn't this what you meant to say?: "STOP calling, morons."

As to your point, however, calling morons IS their business. There are plenty of them, and that's why their business model works.

They are "Citizens United". Probably an non-profit political organization. The Do Not Call list means nothing.... I have over 90 Cardmember Services numbers blocked on my cell and get more added every month. Political calls a couple times a week and card member services on my home phone that I can't block.... If I don't recognize the number I no longer answer. Too bad it has to be that way.

You mentioned you couldn't block calls on your home phone. We own a Panasonic KX-TG7731 4 phone system (Costco) with the capability to block up to 30 phone numbers. Also, there are stand alone devices that do the same thing. However, they have a capacity to block 1100 + calls. They start at around $89.

Called at 8:40 am this morning (Sunday). Didn't pick up, no message left. Checked this site then blocked the number.

I've submitted a complaint against 855-322-1771 on the Federal Do Not Call Registry site.  It's easy:

The more complaints there, the higher the fine when the FTC finally gets smart enough to realize that there's a real revenue stream there if they had the intelligence to think about it.

Since it's over 2 years since the last post, it appears that this number has been reactivated.  I got a call yesterday - no msg, of course, but based on the above posts, I'm blocking it. I don't answer toll free calls either unless I recognize the number. Thanks all - appreciate your posts.

BTW: To AVOID this Problem-I DO ALSO use a SECOND NON Land Line PRIVATE Telephone System, ALSO with Caller I.D., and Record, using a DIFFERENT Telephone Number, under a DIFFERENT Area Code, in my Area, for my SECURE Telephone Communications.

My Landline Phone IS set to:
1. NO Annoying Audiable Ring.
2. Auto Answer, with my Recorded Message.
Which  I then RECORD and DOCUMENT, to be Picked up LATER at MY Convenience. As using EITHER the Government's "Do Not Call Registry", OR the Government "FTC-Federal Trade Commission's Complaints", are essentially USELESS, because the SCAMMERS and Telemarketers ARE able to BYPASS these so called "Protections".
