Someone naned Joseph Black calling in regards to some "serious allegations" and advise me to contact him back.  Called my employer as well looking for me.

SOMEONE GAVE ME THIS NUMBER REGARDING SERVING ME WITH PAPERWORK ON SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS

Scam call - NO ONE gets a heads up they'll be served a court summons - the process server just shows up, unannounced.  Scammers, however, call people - saying they have the opportunity to "stop" the legal action if they just pay up NOW.  Per the FDCPA, you should NOT pay any caller who refuses to mail a debt validation letter showing that (1) you owe a debt and that (2) your caller has the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail - do not accept email or fax - this DV letter is a violation of federal law.  BTW, a "bill" or "invoice" is NOT proof you owe money to someone.

I had a message from this number for a person known to me, but has never lived with me. The caller's name was Nathan Martinez from "the firm". Serious allegations, you must call right now. You have been served.
