Gotta a call from who knows, threatening to sue? me and to get back to them. The phone was one I never even use for phone calls; just scrabble. Huh? The message got deleted by mistake.

Just got a call saying I owe money these been calling me for 2 years non stop

I have received 2 calls from this number saying I am being sued.

If anyone gets threats that you are being sued try to record them saying that. Espcailly if you are unware or the debt and it has been past 2 years.

Our medical clinic recieved a threatening call from this number as well, and I called them back to explain they have the wrong contact info.   We just opened a second rehabilitation clinic and was assigned a phone number.  After recieving numerious disturbing messages, I did some research which determined our clinic was given the number of an ex drug dealer, currently serving time in jail.  

An automated message was left on my answering machine March 25 threatening legal action.  I did call back and spoke with a lady and told her she had the wrong number.  She knew where I lived and wished me luck and said the phone calls would continue and then hung up on me.  My husband and I are seniors and so this was very upsetting for us.  Then today, March 26 another automated message from a Josh Newman (1-844-677-6647) threatening the same thing.  They're looking for someone who doesn't live here.  

I keep getting phone calls for this guy that must have had this number years ago because I've had it now for 4, almost 5 years and I continue to get threatening phone calls for a guy named Jonas.  I've asked them before to stop calling and they did not.  This time I threatened to get the authorities involved if it continues because it is harassment.  It's NCL financial which appears to be a scam according to this link  http://www.topix.com/forum/city/henderson-nv/TAQQN2O3DS1Q2LQ05    The name mentioned above, Josh Newman, was also mentioned in the latest message.  

I'm getting the calls from this number for two weeks now several times a day on home phone and my mom's cell.
The messages for my mom (she's 75 y.o. and doesn't have any debts). Going tomorrow to call Canadian Anti Fraud Agency,
1-888-495-8501. Please report these calls to them as well. It's fraud and scam. We need to stop them!

Got a call from some guy saying he was from the law office of Josh Newman and I was having legal proceeding set against me.. at WORK non the less.  No idea what this is about and how they got all my information, and I checked the link that was posted above by someone else.. Seems to be an American company??

This number just called today at 7am, but I have also received several calls from 3 other numbers which I have blocked. They are always claiming to be the NCRI, calling about "time sensitive documents" that need to be addressed. And to call them back right away. The one time I did call them back, learned they were wanting money from me from a 6 yr old dept from Rogers Wireless. Which I called Rogers to confirm and they said I had no such dept with them and that they had never sent me to that collection agency. So I called them back and called out their bs. The person whom I was talking to told me to ignore the phone calls then.
Either way, this is a scammer and best to report the number to local police and scam and fraud bureau's. Not much else to be done. The numbers I have had so far are from BC and Ontario.

NCRI claiming I owe on an account that I never opened with Rogers. Just blocked this number on my phone and voicemail. What [***].

Getting the same recorded message at least three times a week about time sensative doctuments that have been sent to someone called Cory Heely.  They don't evens say who they are or anything, just to call them back or contact them at an address in Mississauga ON.

Been warned about time sensitive document that was recently mailed before making a decision, for almost two years now.  next was final warning. next, a final decision was made.  Then back to the first message. Guess this document that does not exist could not be a legal one. These people are liars, scammers and crooks. No respect for the law.  I blocked their numbers, but would like to take legal action. Lawyer said he has to send them a letter first to stop contacting me. Then if they continue, he can sue them.

Got the call from them saying they r from the national credit recovery. They know my name and asked me to verify my personal information. I am sure that we did bot owe any money so i refused to provide. They then started to talk in a very rude way and said they will continue to call again from now.
