Same scam, different number. Called from a private # and left message from "James Martin" from "Processing summons of Orange County" claiming he is looking for me to serve me with a court filing. Case #10465 and for me to call 855-338-0222. I called and got someone named "Corey" that said I have 2 warrants for my arrest. I called OC Sherriff and they have nothing. Wanted me to give him my ss #. I said no way in hell. He hung up. Called back, asked for me ss again, I said no, they hung up. Called and didn't say anything 5x. They hung up. Once told me I was harassing THEM. They are trying to get money for alleged payday loans  same company calls with different numbers every month. Am wondering who sold them my info? Doing what I can to stop this. Forwarding to the FBI. If people stop falling for this scam they will close down. Stop falling for it people!

I received a call from this same number and stated that they had case and to contact my lawyer and I have 48 hours to respond but I ignore the call. How does these people get your personal information or phone number. How can we stop these people. I guess the payday loan sell the information. I am going to stop with the payday loans.

I guess people who apply for payday loan get these scam calls. I heard that payday loan sell the information. Is that true?

Received a message stating I had a "restraining order" against me...tried to call the number back-but it is not a working number.  I have made several attempts tto reach this party to tell them they are harassing me and to stop BUT no one ever answers-they just leave threatening messages.,

my sister in-law received a message stating she had a restraining order, and she had to contact her lawyer and had 48 hours for her and her lawyer to contact them. they also left messages at her mom and sisters houses.

i received a call stating i had a restraining order and owed a payday loan and if i didn't make restitution of $300, i would get a summons within 24 hours to go to court. also, i needed to obtain an attorney.

This is the second time I've had a call. Didn't answer the first time, but called back and the guy barely spoke english. Wanted me to make a payment on a loan I have never had. Refused to give him information until I got a supposed "package" in the mail. Needless to say I didnt nor have I gotten one yet
