This is from CFS, they are some sort of search service for the courts and they're calling you trying to reach someone against whom charges have been filed.  Likely that person gave your number as their contact.

Just received a call from this number; called back on another line and could not understand much of what was being said because his English was poor and spoke so fast. He repeated himself 3 times and mentioned something about a complaint, also from CFS, and when I told him I couldn't understand what he was saying he said apparently he had the wrong number and hung up; this is a SCAM. Ignore these people and block the number.

These people are calling my phone with a disguised voice and are telling me I have formal charges, I'm on parole and my officer would know this ,

Dia S you must work for CFS  because this is a total fraud.  Companies don't handle things this way.  They send letters.  I know.  I have worked for law firms for over 30 years.  Stop lieing.

Someone from this number called a family member of mine asking her if she knew of my whereabouts because someone has filed a formal complaint against me.
