I received a call, at work from a person claiming to be a "employee with a 'legal' locator service trying to locate my elderly mother. Stated that she had a "formal legal complaint" filed against my mother and she had me down as a reference. When I told her that I was the POA for my mother. She wanted me to verify her last 4 digits of her SSN. I told her that if there was a legal complaint to send via mail a certified/ registered letter so that we could verify the information. I also asked her to NEVER call meat work again! Filing a complaint at this moment

called 4 times within 2 mins. stated that i had an hour to call back. if i didnt return the call that they would contact my employer and get information on how to serve me "legal documents" at the end of the call the caller said "you have offically been notified, good luck" lol now the last i checked no one calls to inform you that you are going to be served with papers nor would they say "good luck"

This is pretty scary stuff. I had someone call me from a blocked number as well and told me to call 855-228-9913. I called and thought the company sound a bit fishy. A few minutes later I received a phone call from my sister saying that her AND my brother received phone calls from this company. I have no idea how they even linked us together or how to get this to stop.

It is illegal to discuss matters with a third party (brother/sister). That should tell you something about the caller.   Demand written notice of the debt mailed to you.  (not a fax, phone call, email, or text)

I refuse to confirm that they have ANY of my information. When I called the number they did have accurate information but I told them it wasn't my information. Who are these people and how do they typically get your information?! I am going to be signing up for identity protection and doing everything in my power to shut down shady companies like this.

This number is calling and harassing one of my employees stating "they are coming out within the hour to serve papers"...I know this is against the law and they need to be filed against and sued big time!!

I have been getting calls since Thursday of last week and they said they were a locating agency to serve me papers. She stated they been to my house several times, I told her she was a lie and she said she was going to serve me in an hour at work(mind you this was last Thursday and she still haven't showed).
