- Brittany| 5 repliesa voicemail was left stating they had an order to proceed within the next 24-48 hours if they did not hear from me (this is an automated message) and said to call 855-348-2460 and with a ref. #. I called back twice, first time I waited on the line for someone instead of dialing an extension, and it connected to a voicemail box for Mr. Roman ext 105. I left a message with my first name and number to call back. I then called back 5 minutes later, and this time hit 0 for an operator. it never connected to an operator, just went to the voicemail again for a Mr. Roman ext 105. I don't think this is a real phone call. I can't find any information on this phone number and the messages are all automated and no one has returned my call.

- c.g replies to Brittany| 1 replyYea its a scam. They been calling me saying i need to approve a transaction or they will proceed. All automated and if you can listen closely to your message before the automated system comes on its a live person then him or her put the automated system on.
- JaneSimilar to the above it started with voicemail messages that I had 24-48 hrs to callback and there was pending legal action. I called back the number (they left a reference id) and the first time it was an automated message, second time someone named "Kenneth Blanchard" answered the phone (ext. 116) and stated I owed $480 on a defaulted loan from May 2013 - August 2013, he proceeded to read me my name, address, bank name, and social security number and stated I needed to pay today to stop legal actions. I asked for a letter to be sent - he said they sent many and wouldn't send anymore, asked for their address - he said Erie County, New York and wouldn't provide any further info due to security risks, I asked for a manager - he said one wasn't available. I asked for his company name - he said Concord Resolutions. He then went on to say how I could make 35% of the payment this month to avoid court fees but it had to be via pre-paid card, debit or a credit card. When I failed to get a pre-paid card for him (he even said I could make only $50 payment) he seemed to get upset and that he'll look forward to calling me at the end of this month for payment. I checked by bank account and no such thing took place around those times.
As stated above I called the 855-348-2460 back and first time it was an automated message to leave a message with Mr. Roman ext. 105, callback a second time it just rings. One thing to note is when they called me back again it appeared the spoofed the numbers of 855-348-2470 and 855-546-9066; the 9066 left the same 24-48hrs to call voicemail.
Yes, that's all a true story! I will be utilizing my phone number block feature- Caller: Concord Resolutions
- pcllibGot a call from this number, I called back got the voice mail for a Mr. Roman, so I left this message, "I needed a debt validation letter sent thru the US Mail. E-mail would not do. I told him I also need he full name, company name, and address. I then told he I would deal with this matter only if I had all this information in my hands.

- MTI have also been receiving daily calls from this number.
- BrittanyAgainThey called me again..of course. Once a day they have been calling. automated message all the time. two days ago it was the 855-348-2470 number and that sent me to a mr. ker-ruba (spelling, but that's how it was pronounced) and I left a voicemail that no one was calling me back and that if this was real, I was taking note of all the times I have been trying to contact them and was never receiving a return call and I would use this against them in court. they didn't call me yesterday, then today another automated message from the 855-348-2460 number with ref. number. took me to Mr.Roman again. this time I said I was contacting my police to file a report for harassment because I was receiving these calls daily and was not hearing back. so I said if they wanted to call me again it needed to be a real person, but either way I would use this against them.
So tired of this company. I am in the middle of fixing to file bankruptcy, and if they continue this after I file bankruptcy I will report it for sure to my police department. - TrishaI have been receiving calls daily as well. I ignored it until I was told (thru an automated voicemail) there was a warrent for my arrest being issued within 24 hours if I did not contact them. I called back and the man had all of my info..SS#, address, my bank name, etc. he then told me I was to pay the remainder balance of a loan from back in 07. He said I had paid on it from 2007-2012. That was not at all accurate. He asked if I wanted to deny it (he said a different term but I am drawing a blank), I said yes and he said he would send me all of the needed info to my email. That has yet to happen though. I had filed bankruptcy in '07 and am wondering if they somehow have the info from a loan i included in the bankruptcy. Either way, I am happy to now know this is not legit and just a scam! Very frustrating, especially since they continue to call even after I spoke with someone.

- Trisha SimmonsI continue to nonstop receive phone calls from this number. The individual was extremely rude to me and does not have my correct information. He called me names and has me very shaken up by the way he spoke to me. They will not give me a company name of where they are calling from. They just continue to harass me and tell me I owe them over $650.

- KendraYes same thing has been happening to me also. Today I spoke someone. I didn't get a name. He seemed very nervous and was saying "uh" an Awful lot. He didn't have his info together. He even stated he spoke to my husband. Which I went along with for a bit but later informed him I wasn't married. i never did get any info from him due to me not verifying my social to him. I wasn't giving him any information. I have never had a company call me and then ask me to verify my social. I could be naive about that one though. I also noticed that the same man who left me the voicemail was the operator. Also as soon as he answered he asked is tis kendra? Which was strange to me. Never had that happen without me first telling them who I was. He then got aggravated with me not cooperating and then said good luck and hung up. I may call them back tomorrow just for fun !

I never called them because all the posts of this number shows it's a scam. I hope it's truly is a scam they seem very serious and I was wondering how to act on this harassment

- CWOut of fear, i gave them my card information. I just called my bank and they can't stop the check but will file a fraud claim and return the money to my account if it is a scam. Same story as above, had my banking information, SS#, etc. Said they sent many letters to my home address and email address. I never received them. They said they sent an email on 2/12/15 which I never received. the thing is i did have payday loans but had paid them off via a company that reached settlements with the loan company. They refused to send me any documentation about the debt until I made a payment. today I spoke with a Mr. Bryant, x202; the first person who contacted me was Kenneth Chandler. Best of luck to everyone.

- coloma lucassame as the above calls. recorded message left on my voicemail. called number back and went to voice mail. called again and spoke to a person named Mr. Roman. was told I had a defaulted loan from a Shamrock holding group. what made me surprised is they had my email info, ss#, and banking info. when I refused to pay the debt, person got all mad and sais that legal action will be the next step and hung up. Now I check my credit scores regularly so I know I don't have any delinquent loans. keep an eye out everyone.

- DStupid morons trying to threaten people into paying debts they don't have. The little punk got scared and hung up once I advised him that they will be receiving litigation filed in federal court as their scare tactics are in violation of the Fair Deb Collections Practices Act and can also result in criminal proceedings for the making of terroristic threats as they are making people fear that they are in jeopardy of losing their freedom. Needless to say, I doubt they'll be calling my wife's line ever again.
- Charlie| 2 repliesCaller left a message stating I was a person of interest and please call them back within 48 hours to make my statement. Not sure what they mean --- assuming its a scam --- from recent posts
- JI have to, i just press the end call, it said Non-Geographical, and don't respond to telemarketers either so why would I respond to this mess either??
- Bill S.I have also received this call from that same number. And from a "Mr. Roman" name to contact with my account number. The message states that "This is a time sensitive issue" It has SAM written all over it.

- Daisy Mae| 1 replySo, I've been getting messages from this number as well. I don't know how threatening one can sound when I've "have only 24-48 hours to respond" and that was, oh, 168 hours ago? How are these scams still working with imbeciles behind the "wheel" driving these things. WTF?! Time to change my number. I'm sooooooo sick of these kinds of idiots. You can't call them and tell them you know they're not legit; that won't stop them and if you completely ignore them, they STILL call (about 6 years now I've been listening to this crap, most semi-conscious people would give up on trying to rob someone if it hasn't worked after trying 6 years! Apparently, they're hoping I go senile in the meantime and forget I DON'T OWE ANY OUTSTANDING PAYDAY LOANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have been illegal in the state I live in for about 6 years anyway so I would not have been able to obtain a new one regardless.) I guess with these people, you're damned if you do (call back) and damned if you don't (call back).
- VicReceived call from this number for third day in a row. Called them back and the gentleman said I owed for a payday loan taken out in 2012. Told him I wanted proof of the debt and he said he could only send me a debt validation. He said he would send this to me however he has incorrect address and did not even ask for correct address. This is a scam I told him I was not sending nay money without proof I owe the debt and I had never even heard of the company he said the debt was with. Becoming a real pain
