I received calls looking for my ex.  I called to ask them to take my number out of their system.  I didn't even have the same number.  They yelled st me and hung up on me.  I reported them to the federal trade commission because they say they are from a legal firm but will not have the name of the law firm

Received al call from Heather Sanders, saying she has tax documents for me. Says she's with a law firm and won't identify the firm's name or location.
She asked me for my SS # and credit card number.
I refused, she hung up.
Started out as a Robo-call

Called saying I owed money from a loan store from 2010. The amount was 1400 but would settle for 400.

Recoded message, with no option to talk with someone, reference wanting a person (stated last name then first name) to receive delivery of fax documents, last attempt, and requesting a call back. I immediately called back to tell the company to remove my number from thier call list, that no with that name belonged to this cellular phone number that I have had for four years, but the voice mail box was full. No other options were given. the device sated an error occured. Then, the call ended. Very poor service.

Robo-call requested a call back stating this was the final attempt and that they have documents to fax. I called back the representative stated that I owed money for some loans and their client is preparing to sue me. Told me they could not send me any verification of the debt without me first agreeing to a payment arrangement on the debt. I explained that I would not make any payments on a debt that I can not verify. I also explained that I have received no collection notifications regarding this debt and I will only consider making payment arrangements after receiving the original loan document from the original lender. The representative then told me she would forward the request to her client and have them contact me directly in this regard. I believe it is a scam because I received a call a month ago about the same debt but for a different amount and a different lender but communicating the same threat of suing me in my jurisdiction.

Received a call from this number it was silent for a minute or two then they hung up I called back they answered did not tell me why or who they were calling me then hung up on me! I called back again and asked to be removed from their calling list the woman stated they didn't have a calling list and hung up on me again! So I called back again the same woman answered was extremely rude yelled at me and hung up on me a third time!!

Same as the others.  Scam. Ignored.

just got the same call. Thank god for the blocking option on iPhones. I just block these numbers.

UBS Processing.. likes to threaten court proceedings without wanting to send Validation of Debt letters. call their bluff and tell them to see you in court.  They'll go away.

Same as above......robo call about faxed documents, final notice, etc......called the number back just for the heck of it even though I know it is a phony call and I don't owe any money...it rang 2 or 3 times, someone picked up and there was silence except you could hear someone breathing like with a cold/stuffed up nose......then Click, they hung up.......well now, if they want to collect on all these "so called debts" that they are terrorizing everyone with, they need to answer the phone, so all of us can be as "nice" to them as they are to us.............everyone, just ignore these ignorant lazy people who won't go out and get REAL jobs.......they are just trying to steal our hard earned money............report them to the better business bureau and federal trade commission and don't waste your time calling them back.......if you can block the number, do that and just ignore them.  Legitimate people won't call and threaten you....

This number has called we once saying that this is the final attempt to deliver documents,first I've heard of it. They've called my family harassing them and being nothing but rude to them . I haven't decided if I'll call them back yet or not. Based on others responses these people are scammers

A lady called stating she has documents about Donald Trujillo that need to be faxed. I have had numerous calls about legal matters pertaining to Donald Trujillo. I have never heard or met anyone by this name.

Calling my daughter at her work for me leaving some message about where to send documents but she said my name on the message

Threatened to garnish paycheck if j didnt pay 800 dollars today. When I asked for proof of debt they said I would get them on court where I would need to pay 1500 or I would be immediately arrested. Miss Jackson was very rude and called me an ignorant [***] and said I needed to learn proper grammar. When. I called back and asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a suicide hotline

I received a few voicemails from this USB place, they called my inlaws' number and left a message and also left a message on my office phone. They reference a file number and tell me this is their final attempt even though they have called 5-6 times. I returned their call today just out of curiosity. They claim I owe money to the tune of $2960, but can settle for $695 today. I asked for mailed verification of debt because I have no knowledge of what they are talking about. They said they can provide verification of debt after I pay the $695. They pretend that they are legit with the FTC, but I turned them in today. We shall see. They told me I had until 4PM to let them know or they would process legal paperwork through my county courthouse.

Everyone of you on here should be ashamed of yourselves.  These people have worked so hard on creating a business plan that relies on your lack of knowledge of the law and your fear to extort Money from us by illegal threats. So as it looks now,  it seems as if you might have embarrassed them and  hurt the feelings because I am not seeing anymore posts about them calling. They will most likely have to cancel their brand new rented phone number and start all over.
Now if you get another call from them, I whole heartedly expect you guys to act a little afraid so that they don't get discouraged. And if anyone from UBS is following this thread, Just know that we are all very sorry and we will all try to pretend that we are scared and will also try to refrain from calling you nasty names.  And if your still reading this, then you need to pick yourself up! Walk back in that call center with your chin up high and keep trying!
