Called 9/9 asked for my SSN. Had my phone #, address, and last 4 of SSN

Assuming the caller ID was not spoofed, That was a from Extend Health, a private insurance exchange contracted by IBM to provide insurance to employees, retirees and surviving spouses.

If you are an IBM Employee, retiree or surviving spouse with insurance coverage through IBM, you really need to review the stuff they sent you and call them at the number in the packet. If you haven't received the packet, contact IBM Employee Services Center (ESC) as soon as possible. If you do nothing, you will likely lose your IBM sponsored insurance coverage on Jan 1, 2014.
