- AnnoyedCalled at 3:25 Central. Asked for my husband (and botched the last name, which is the same as a month, so you would have to have failed basic reading to get it wrong) . When I said, "May I asked who's calling?" He said he'd call back later and hung up. Sounded like a call center. Usually they at least leave a business name even if it's a debt collector...
- Also AnnoyedThey call my business phone number. When I answered with my business name, they hung up without speaking a word. They should have known they have called the wrong number but they keep calling once every day.

- AnonymCalled with this number, but no name. Said Toll Free. I blocked my number and called the number; got a voice message that asked if I would like to be removed from US Banks Marketing calling list, press 1. I did, but since I blocked my number, I doubt it will happen.
US Bank has been calling every day for 2 weeks without leaving a message, now calling as Toll Free. I am really sick of them calling constantly. I am a customer of theirs, but this is the last straw. I am closing my account there. They want you to take their credit card which has a $40.00 annual charge to have it, unless you make just "ONE" purchase a year - it can be as small as a purchase of a package of gum. I also called back and TRIED to place my number on US Banks do not call list..... when I entered my number then pressed one to say it is correct, I got a message saying that "the number you entered is not valid" They asked for my 10 digit phone number which I entered correctly.... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

- Stephen replies to deborah| 1 replyI got the "... not valid." message and tried again. I think that when it said press 1 to confirm the number I didn't press long enough. Some system are sensitive that way. The second time I held the "1" down longer and I got a confirmation that my number should be removed.
- Michelle replies to StephenThank you for the tip, Stephen, on holding down the "one" for a few seconds. It worked for me. It says it could take 30 days to remove my number, but at least I got a "successful" message.
- IzzyHave had a missed call the last 3 days in a row from this number with no message left. We have a US Bank Account so it's probably them according the some messages above. The number is going on our blocked call list. If they left a message I would actually call them back, but now they're out of luck. They have done this in the past and we have asked them to stop. They did for a while, but now starting it again.

- DebHave had several of these calls and added them to my blocked caller list. They still called so frequently, it was annoying. So, I looked up their number and read this post. Redialed and got the "not valid" message even after holding down the #1 button. It asked to confirm this number and re-press #1, so I did (holding it down - thanks, Stephen). It gave me the "it will take up to 30 days to process your request" message. So, we'll see. I don't believe it! They just called again while I was typing! Again, re-entered all of my #'s. BTW, I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, but we have an account there. Deborah, I agree, so frustrating!
