Western Union SCAM

Some guy trying to scam me for a payment I never submit.

Same here, someone wanting money for western union transaction

Did you get emails or anything in the mail from it

I received an email today on 1-20-2016 saying that a payment that, I made with my credit card was charged back to them. lol I googled the collections dept in the email, and found you guys. I can tell it is a scam, because western union NEVER will email you about a chargeback they will mail or call you. DO NOT GO FOR IT GUYS IT IS A KNOWN SCAM!

Was caught off guard by the India Western Union scam. Fortunately my bank was able to prove it was fraud. Now I get emails saying the fraudulent transaction was charged back by mybank and I owe Western Union that money. Fool me once . .

I got a call from this number it was Western Union did I have made two transactions back in February if someone was using my name in someone's bank account from Bank of America they wanted me to follow police report and send it to him but I couldn't understand why I called Western Union customer service and their fraud department they claim there's no such number Western Union uses as far as 855-360-3650 when you call that number it says Western Union collection services somebody's running a scam

I am receiving calls from this number using western union. I did cld western union and they are saying I do not have any outstanding debt with them.

I am recieving calls and emails from them stating they are western union and I called western union and I don't have any debt with them at all so this is a scam

I receiving calls from  from 800-325-6000 and voicemail to call back on 855-360-3650 for weeks now. Same thing, same issue. Tired of it. We called western union but we hardly understand their customer service.

I received an email saying a transaction was made back in February and it's June saying something went wrong and I owed them $800 cause it didn't go through. They were saying I sent $800 to my wife which why would I send my wife $800 and we live together it didn't make sense I knew I never did that! They had my old debit card number and knew my wife's name. It sounded weird so I googled the number and y'all came up! It was a SCAM claiming they were western union which they were not!

SCAM! This is not Western Union. They took advantage of a situation in which a merchant had tried to scam me. DO NOT communicate with this number and do not give them any personal/financial info.

I am the collections manager for Western Union and your company is displaying one of our TFN  1-855-360-3650 in your website claiming this is a scam/Fraud related number which is in correct, I am formally requesting this information to be corrected as your website is misinforming the customers. I received a call from 800 360 3650   then it tells me to call 855 325 6000.
I'll report this to FBI

Cannot start a new transaction/ past activity ect.  Issue is this has locked up the WU Mobil app. Called W/U account still messed  up . I now use  the tried and true method  I just  use W/U kiosk  in my local  supermarket

I had a call from this phone number and it was legit,weird yall having problems

I don't even use Western Union and got a call. Glad I googled before picking up.

I got continuous back to back emails which includes my recent western union tracking number and to contact this number to pay any unpaid amount.

This is not a Scam, this is the real Western Union Collection Department number
