Firstly, the guy who called me was very polite, professional, helpful, and funny. And when I asked for it so I could do some research, he gave me his company info without hesitation. Very promising.

When he called, he asked for me by an internet user name. It was my AOL Instant Messenger name. This is the 2nd time they've sold my information.

This Pharmacy is offering a topical cream for people who suffer chronic pain that insurance will supposedly cover. The company offers to call your doctor for you to explain, to get the prescription, fill it, then send it to you. I have tried to find some information about the company and as of yet have not found any.

Received several faxes to request topical cream for multiple patient's. Patients are reporting they are not asking for the creams. Unable to contact anyone at express Rx Pharmacy due to their voicemail cannot take any more messages. When responding to faxes "denied" the office is still receiving the requests. Cannot find any information on this company, does anyone have any suggestions.

Received two faxes requesting two different prescriptions for something we don't even prescribe for the doctor to sign and fax back.  This number 855-371-3933 was on the fax sheet.  Fax number was 855-238-4411. csr@expressrxpharm.com

MEDICAL FRAUD!!!!!   "Express Rx Pharmacy" does not exist. They send Rx request to our clinic for ridiculous compounded topical medicines like sumatripitan + zofran & phenytoin + vancomycin that I never prescribed. When I asked my patient about this she said the company has been repeatedly calling her & telling her she needs these. When I try to call the number associated with fax request (855-371-3933) there is no company voicemail, it's a generic recording & I have not been able to get through & no one has called me back!!!! All they need is a doctors signature & an order so they can send to insurance company to get reimbursed - they don't even send anything to the patient. Please, doctors/NPs/PAs out there- do not sign any form from this company!! They need to be reported to Medicare for medical fraud!!!

I've done some research on both the fax and phone numbers and the general concensus is that this is a bogus operation.  They've been sending us scripts for signatures for patients that have no knowledge of the so-called company.

Just got 3 faxes from them over the past 2 days. They were addressed to an SLP in our office (who can clearly not write scripts). I tried to call and say they had the wrong person, and they're "voicemail" system sounded so sketchy I looked them up. Here is the contact info they list. Phone: 855-371-3933, Email: csr@expressrxpharm.com, Fax: 855-238-4411. I will not be emailing them since I do not want to start receiving spam/fraudulent emails as well.

The call sounded weird...and I stupidly answered their questions. Fortunately I did NOT give them any info they couldn't get publicly. Don't give them answer to a security question...hackers love that kind of info. After I hung up, I called my Dr's office immediately and told them NOT to respond or release ANY of my information. Dr. told me they've been getting a lot of these calls recently BEWARE

We received faxed prescription requests for compounded ointments and oral capsules as noted in the above comments. Their fax number is 855-238-4411, and their phone number is 855-371-3933. Of course none of the compounds made any sense from a medical or pharmaceutical perspective. I asked my patient about this and she admitted that she was called by someone who was marketing medications. She had no knowledge of who the caller was, and worse, she didn't understand how they obtained her name and demographics, as well as mine, her physician. I suspect this is at best a telemarketing scam, and the bogus pharmacy may be cold calling fax numbers. In the faxed requests there were numerous misspellings of medication names. I suppose it should be reported, but to whom, and who has the time?!?!

If they knew her name and your information as her physician, sounds like a data breach to me, somewhere in the course of her medical care somewhere.

The company actually called to speak to my husband about getting a topical cream to help with pain.  My husband handed the phone to me and I questioned sho he was calling from.  He said RX Pharmacy Services.  This is not the first dealing with them big how they located him is actually scary.  I refused to give him any information.

Received repeated calls from this number (caller ID shows name of V51709272600177) recently. I have called back & pressed 1 to have my number removed from call list, but they keep calling. Earlier today I spoke with a woman wanting to talk with my husband - she said he requested them to call...he knew nothing about that. She wouldn't speak to me due to "medical confidentiality." Just got another call from "Patricia from RX Pharmacy Services." She says we filled out a wellness survey (we did not) and through our insurance we are eligible for some pain creams/ointments/gels. She asked if I had any pain (I said who doesn't!!) - she said they have prescription strength products, not over the counter. I asked what doctor was prescribing this & she said they will send a request to our doctor, then to the insurance company. I asked how much that would cost & she said there *might* be a co-pay. (but again, we are eligible through our insurance!). When I told Patricia that someone called earlier & wouldn't discuss anything with me, she said the call was probably from a different company. I told her we weren't interested - and she again, said we were eligible through our insurance company. I ended up hanging up on her because she was so persistent. Definitely didn't sound legit!!

Got the same message from "Dana" at the same phone # 855-371-3933. Offering a compound cream for pain relief and they needed my doctor's name. I told them I would need to call my doctor to confirm and have the doctor call them. It did sound phony but I was surprised she gave me a name. She knew my husband was on Medicare and Tufts Advantage Plan in Massachusetts supposedly through a wellness survey.  Didn't give them any pertinent information but it's somewhat annoying that she has that information about my husband. Don't know how to report. Calling Medicare in the morning.

It is phony.  They bill your insurance thousands for worthless creme that may be harmful if you are allergic to the ingredients.

Sounds like they are changing tactics.  I have seen their Vienna, VA number, 703-246-1579, pop up on Caller ID over the past week or so, but there was never a message left.  It is very similar to one of our doctor's numbers and I answered today.  Caller said she represented Express Lab Services, which was offering us a free genetic test kit to check for predisposition to diabetes, arthritis, obesity, etc. Said it was a benefit of our insurance company that has recently become available.  The test results would be sent to me or my doctor free of charge, our private insurance would cover it.  They do not work with Medicare or Medicaid.  Knew name, DOB, address, but not who insures us and I didn't ask any more questions. The room was very loud and I could hear people repeating information and ID numbers. She also said that the call had been triggered when my husband had filled out an online questionnaire or survey. Gave a callback number of 855-371-3933. Gave a website of expresslabservices.com, which does not exist. I can not find and Express Lab Services either.  She promised me this was not a scam and urged me to take advantage of this free offer and to have the results sent straight to my doctor. I told her I would check it out with my insurance company and call back if I wanted the test.

Received phonecall from the 703-246-1579 phone number and got the same spiel as above - person on the phone wanted to know if I had received my Wellness Test.  I said no and asked her to describe it - she said it was a spit test in a box.  She asked me to confirm my address and at that point I hung up.  Obviously a scam.
