calling harassing my family saying im been investigated my case no #328-70 but when i call 855-373-1878 answering service comes on and no one picks up the phone

GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ABOUT CIVIL ACTION ????

So I get a call from a courier service saying that they have a legal document for me to sign and then they give me this number to call for info. So I call it and I simply ask what was this all about and he proceeded to get an attitude and called me and my husband scammers. Um....what??? He was rude and when I tried to get more info he would just cut me off and talk over me with things like "you scammed bayside out $700" and "you can take this up in court"!
I'm still shocked--I have NO idea what is going on. When I called, he told me that I was "nice" and I lied and that my credit is bad. No [***] my credit is bad and pretty sure that's why your calling. Kinda like a Shark--prey on the weak. My credit is bad, but I'm FAR FROM AN IDIOT!!
My sister is an attorney and she's never heard of anything like this except from scammers.
Ok that's it--I'm done. Not sure how that dude sleeps at night but me, I sleep just fine cause apparently I'm some "white collar thief scammer that scammed bayside cash out of $700"
So I guess with all that cash, I can just roll around naked! Give me a freaking break

Yes, I receive a call from this number 855-373-1878 Ext. 219, stating that they have a Courier to serve me some papers  from PG County regarding fraudlent check writing. And the case number is "328651". I don't know what they are talking about. I would like for this to stop calling me at work. This is a SCAM.
