Received a call from this number, said they were from the attorney generals office.

Some one call from 855-381-9392, and stated that they want to serve papers for a case. I do not have any idea what
they are talking about. We have put a block on this number.

These are debit collectors

Give us all their info. then! You have it....right? You must have it, you "settled" with them! So post their valid physical address right here. We'll be waiting......

No, you are lying and deceiving consumers.  Making fraudulent post that is "vague" on details to make consumers worry that the illegal threats made by callers from this number are actually true

What is the name of the company?  What type of court were you sued in -- administrative, civil, people's, criminal, or tennis court?

I got a call today. They called my job and left a message stating that they have been trying to serve me but couldn't. If I didn't get in touch with them I'd have a failure to appear and be fined. Said I should call this number and provide case number. Some attorney's name was provided. They said they were from the Clerk of Courts. I didn't give them any information. This is scary.

THIS IS NO LAWYER , A REAL LAWYER UNLIKE CEDRIC WILSON WOULD CALL YOU LOCALLY IF AT ALL , PAPERS ARE SENT TO YOUR ADDRESS ON FILE , IF YOU DON'T SHOW , THE STATE WILL AUTOMATICALLY LET YOU KNOW YOU DIDN'T APPEAR IN COURT BY HAVING A SUSPENDED LICENSE. NO LAWYER CALLS FOR A 1-855 NUMBER. THEY CALL YOU LOCALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW LOCAL AND STATE LAWS. THEY ARE NOT FEDERAL LAWYERS SO NO NEED TO HAVE AN "855 " NUMBER .. NOW GETTING THEM OFF YOUR BACK IS SOMETHING ELSE, THEY CALL MY JOB RELENTLESS. LUCKILY MY BOSS AND CO -WORKERS ARE COLL ENOUGH TO KNOW I AM BEING HARASSED BY SOMEONE THAT GOT MY NAME AN OLD PHONE NUMBER AND TRIED TO SCAM ME.

I keep getting calls that I need to show up at court @ 5PM??? WHAT court house is open at 5PM??? I hate the fact that they got my job involved, I have no freaking clue what pending lawsuit is against me. This is scarry!

DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL KEEP CALLING YOU AT HOME, WORK ETC.  THEY WON'T STOP AND WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH THEM, THEY CANNOT INFORM YOU WHAT THE CALL IS REGARDING.  THEY GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO A LAWYER CEDRIC WILSON BUT IF YOU ASK WHAT IT IS ABOUT THEY WILL SAY IT IS ABOUT A COURT APPEARANCE AND TO CALL CEDRIC BEFORE THE LAW GETS INVOLVED.  IF YOU GET THESE CALLS PLEASE GET THEIR ADDRESS AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE AND ALSO THE FTC.  BOTH PLACES THAT I CALLED HAVE CONFIRMED THIS IS A SCAM.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM, IF THEY NEED TO SERVE YOU THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND YOU AND NOT BOTHER PEOPLE YOU KNOW FOR THE INFORMATION.  

Same thing for me calling me and my wife all the time. I called the number and asked some info. It's about a 12 year old credit card dept. Credit cards are not collectable after 6 years. These are real bottom feeder scum bags. They gave me the address of their law firm. It's located in a field some place in California.

don't listen to anything they say. they have been calling me over and over and contacting my employee threatening me!!! they will not give any info about company except some fake name...if this is REAL they will list debt on credit report and do whatever it is a LEGAL WAY but they think harassment is going to work! and don't believe anyone who tells you different!
