Pretty sure this is a fraudulent company trying to get money from people without proper  documentation. I asked for documentation of a previous so called loan and keep getting the runaround. It's been 2 weeks and I've still not received any proof of any loan. I looked up North Eastern Capitol Corp and have found nothing but disconnected phone numbers and full voicemail boxes. Beware of this company and there calls!

My grandpa received a call from this phone number from a Ms Hogan. I called the number back and WOW can you say extremely rude and then had the nerve to tell me i must not understand english and that she needs to confirm my information before she tells me who she is with other then saying with the NACC and that is all i need to know! I went on to tell her that if she was truly a professional and not fraudulant then she would tell me who she is calling with and why she was calling. She continued to threaten me with court documents and blah blah blah. I told her send it too me in writing, she said she already did. However, she did not! I have been through this run around before and I know fraudulant when i hear it. So BE AWARE

this guy called my boyfriends job and claimed he committed fraud and was going to file papers and serve him , he wouldnt say who he worked for or what attorney he was working with. he just wanted us to give him 200 dollars or he was going to sue. we kept asking who are you ,who do you represent, he never said. beware

This number is calling me telling me that I have three charges against me that just left his office and someone will be coming to my place of employment and my supervisor needs to be there. Apparently I have three pending charges, but they do not say what for? I have not had any tickets or any run ins with the law, I live with my parents so i do not rent, So not sure what they really want other than to try and scare me iinto giving them money. The caller was named Chris Jordan and he claimed he was with the Courts Federal Law.

I got this same call from a chris jordan be aware called the bank the check into cash people and also the police no one has heard of them its a scam I was told not to pay them by all three do not pay this happened to me at the first part of April I did not pay and I let them know that not one dime was coming from me

I just received a call from a "Ms Wallace" who said it was imparative that I respond within 24 hours.  I tried to call back and give the "case number" that was left on the voicemail but they wouldn't give me any information as to what or why they were harassing me.  All I was told was this was notification that I have 3 pending charges against me.  For what?  Why can't they show proof?  If it is a debt that I owe, I have no issue making payments but if they cannot show what it is for and all they want to do is threaten me . . . then go ahead with your "charges."

Extremely rude people who don't want to explain anything . . .

Wow...i just received the same phone call from Chris Jordan and he told me the exact same thing he told you...THIS IS A SCAM!

This number continually calls my husband, they leave messages telling him that they are taking "his case to court" on three charges. I have read reports that this may be associated with Payday loans, but my husband paid off the loan debt years ago after it had gone into collections. My gut feeling is that they somehow purchase information on people in debt and then continue to call and threaten them. However, he is not in debt which is something that confuses me. Anyway, in the interest of his stress level I have advised him to ignore the calls, if they do ever take him to court(haha) he has proof of the debt being paid. Very rude, very threatening messages and calls.  Name of woman calling is Melissa Weaver.
