Just received a call from this #. Left a message about an account I have with them, problem is, I don't have an account with whomever 'they' are. So,  guess they are auto-dialing hoping some sap will answer the phone so this company can scam them. If you don't recognize the #, don't answer and certainly don't call back.

This company is Virtual Radiology Professionals LLC and they keep trying to process a claim which they have the wrong Healthcare Provider in their records and this is the second time I have told them to change it to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Their automated system is annoying, inefficient and doesn't work. Speak to a live rep, if you can hold for 15 minutes. Good luck.

Just got a call from above no, said they were Radiology Assoc. about a past due bill, we never heard of them.

I got a similar call. My fiance took the call, but they wouldn't give him any information. They called again & left a mechanical voice mail. I never heard of them either.  Scam artists!!  My insurance covers my mammogram, the only X-rays I've had recently.

Scam! They keep calling my cell asking for my husband about a past due account. My husband hasnt been a patient for years and def hasnt had any sort of xrays!

Called Attorney General, they told me this was a legit company and gave me the phone number, so that I knew I was calling an actual company.  Apparently, they collect for physicians and not facilities.  I found out they were collecting from an er visit for my daughter, and updated my insurance info.....This may explain to some of you why you have never heard of them....In my case, they were collecting for the physician reading the xrays.  I would look into it more if you get a call.  You may have something out there that you didnt know about.....

Virtual RadioLogic Professionals left a message for my  " act# 766797 " Curious to know if the account is duplicate, I will NOT return the call because the web site address they gave me http://eznetinfo.com/vrab is not a valid web site for any professional business, it is a search engine. I believe this to be a lowdown scam where they have searched hospital records for people so they can take advantage of them in the "Billing confusion" that can typically ensue hospitalization. Get lost losers, I am not your sucker born this minute. As for the Legitimate Radiological LLC fine..this is obviously not them. BTW I had absolutely NO xrays taken.

I got a bill from them after I received a refund from my er visit. Total scam. I verified that I owe nothing.

Just got a call and message from them,  received two (2) bills,  both times I returned the form with information on my three (3) insurance carriers,  Medicare-NYSHIP-Tricare and they kept threatening that it would be turned over to a collection agency,  I did have an MRI but it should have been fully covered so I do not know what the problem is?????

I got a call from this number at around 7:00 EST this evening.  I'd never heard from them before and am wondering why they would attempt to settle this so-called "outstanding" radiology bill by leaving a robocaller (with an annoying, curt voice) and not call me at normal business hours or contact me by mail with specific information.  This does not seem right -- or legit.

I started receiving calls from Virtual Radiologic Professionals within a week after I was let out of the hospital for asthma problems. Always the same automated female voice. I've never received a paper statement from these people, even almost 3 months later. They may process x-rays after regular business hours, since I went to the ER around 3am. I am paying the paper bills from the hospital but I'm definitely not going to go online to pay some random company without seeing more information. Here is the first message they left:

"This message is for [my name] from the billing office of Virtual Radiologic Professionals regarding account #2294284. Our records indicate that you are the financial guarantor for medical services provided by Virtual Radiologic Professionals. Our records indicate there is no insurance on file for these services. You will be receiving an invoice for the full amount for these services. If you have insurance coverage and you would like us to submit a claim on your behalf, please call us during normal business hours at 855-387-2149 or visit us online at www.ezmedinfo.com/vrad. Failure to provide us with updated insurance information for account #2294284 within 7 days will result in us billing you directly for these services. Thank you. Press * to repeat the message. Goodbye."

Virtual Radiology Professionals LLC sent me a bill of $358 for Nuclear RX Oral Admin. I only did the ultrasound at my local hospital, insurance cover almost everything and I only paid $10 at the time of service. Why Virtual Radiology Professionals LLC have all my info and address, I don't know. I suspect that there must be something weird here so I have tried to contact them but only got automatic response that encouraged me to pay by credit card. I found out that there were 15 previous claims about billing scam from this business.
If you receive a bill from below address, don't pay, don't give them credit card info or pay online. IT'S SCAM!

I received a call from someone I could barely understand saying I owed $81 to Virutal Radiology after my sons ER visit, I told the guy to send me a bill because I wasn't going to pay more on top of the already high bills for the ER and Physician (with no insurance). Just this past week I got a letter from a legit collection agency demanding the $81 and when I called Banner Hospital they said it was the people who read the x-rays......what the heck!! Why can't they send a bill just like the others before sending me to collections!! So frustrating!!!

I called and asked why they didn't have my insurance info... if I supposedly owned $442.00. The girl told me that that info was not given to them...I always fill out forms and provide information on insurance.  In fact, I paid a $50 co-pay on the day in question a year ago. I asked if she had my social security info and she said no...I told her that that means she has no way to link me to this and I will not pay it. This is just an ugly thing to do. Even if it legit the process to speak to a live person is rediculas and it is unprofessional not to provide more information if billing under a different name.

I had my mammogram and bonedensity at Mercy Hospital.I don't have insurance I paid cash the whole what they are trying to charged ne.They told I'm fully paid,How come this Virtual Radiologic Proffesional LLC sent me a bill of $194.00 what a heck I don't know them.I will not pay. This is a scam for sure!!
