Saw number on phone but did not answer. They did supposedly leave a message, but no words are there.

Saw on areacode.org the following:
Area code 855 is a future area code reserved for toll-free calls in which the calling party is not charged. Instead, the telephone carrier charges the cost of the call to the called party. Toll-free numbers, such as 855 numbers, have applications such as technical support, customer service, and personal use.

If this is true than there may be a charge on the next phone bill. Anyone know if this is true?

This number called and it was from Health Net.  They left a message that I could call back and remind me to have certain health screenings.
