I've gotten a call from this number saying its the legal department when I called it back the company name is Creditors.  Mr. Marshall is calling about a online payday loan, stating that they are going to get me for writing a bad check and fraud because I stopped payment on the ACH debit.   Can not find anything on this company! Said I need to set up payments arrangements now to avoid the legal proceedings to go any further.  Anyone ever heard of them? Or been contacted by them?

Received call from Mr Marshall posing as locator service with my name and wanting to verify if I was a reference person for someone with the same last name. He was pishing for my birthdate and my maiden name. Very testy and nasty sounded like an american black man. BEWARE they are out there trying everything!
