I have received several calls stating their name is Patrick Start and that his office has received an order and he needs to verify my address to present me me with a formal claim at my residence or place of business. That I have one opportunity to call and take care of this claim that his firm is handling. I need to contact him immediately about this matter, before they have me served at my residence or my employment. Then he states that I have been formally notified.

I do not know who they are are what they supposedly have. But this isn't a formal notification. I do not even give my name on my voice mail it is a computer voice that gives my phone number only. He has also called my husbands phone and my daughters which we are all on the same phone plan.

Same thing happened to me as bothered. Called me at work just a few minutes ago. I did not give my last name; he said there were "charges" against me and he needed to verify my address to have me served with these "charges." He also said I had already been notified. He would not give me any details on exactly what they were "charging" me with when I pressed him and would not provide a return call number. He only said I need to call the "firm" and gave me this phone number (855-404-9050) and a "case" number. I have no idea what he's talking about and the only firm I intend to call is that of the attorney general.

I've been around the block enough times to know that the sheriff/police aren't going to give me a heads-up phone call if they intend to arrest or subpoena me.  So this is either a scam or illegal debt collection tactics.

The same thing happened to me as bothered!!!  Very frustrating.. No information left on what this was about, when I try calling the number back it says they are not excepting calls.

This just happen to me and I think it is a scam but they are calling my mothers phone

This so called private locator, Lynn Taylor,  just called me also and would not give me her number.  She kept asking me if I was who I am. Then she ended with you've been notified. I guess they think they are slick. Who falls for this kind of mess?

Please people if the want to serve you with papers they are not going to call you. They show up at your place or job and say you have been served. They want your name and address so they can sell it to some foreign country. Don't do anything talk them crazy.

IGNORE them. All they do is call you & harass you for like a week & when they can't get you to pay anything they just sell the debt to someone else. If you just be a complete [***] to them, they'll just put you in a like refuse to pay status. All they are, are debt collectors sitting next to each other pretending to be something they're not.
