Says she received documents for litigation against me. Who is this!!!!!!

Man on the phone said I had to get message to my brother about litigation of check fraud again him.  He has no checking account.

Guy Called my job... said it was very dire i call him back!!! is this a scammer?

Called my job said i had Check fraud left this number to call.

I got a call from Mr. Berry on my cell phone saying that there are two check fraud matters that they are arbitrating in my county of residence.  I no idea what this is and have no issues with check fraud so I know this can't be right.  They have also threatened to contact my references which they will not be able to get in touch with (who supplies references when writing checks?).  I think it is collections for a payday loan that I paid off over 2 years ago and stopped them from withdrawing any additional money from my account.  They also threatened that a process server would come to my home or job.  My window of opportunity for them to help me is closing and I should call immediately to 855-411-1602.  Don't the police investigate in a case where someone writes bad checks???

my friend received a call from Mr Peter Lala about a check that had been deposited into a closed account.  It was in reference to a pay day loan and my friend was going to be subpoenaed to testify against me.  i have never heard of this place and am a litlle leary to call them back.  glad to hear i am not the only one.

i also took out a payday loan over a year ago and once i had them paid off i had to close out my account because they continued to take money out.  I had to have that account frozen.  Sounds like a scam to me.

This kind of sounds like the call my friend just received about me.  They said they deposited a check into a closed account.  How are you going to deposit a check into a closed account?!  the bank wouldnt accept it if the account was closed.  What Idiots!!

Mr. Barry is a con man based in Florida I think. I just finished having dealings wiith him. He told me he was working for SRG-Strategic Recovery Group.

He doesn't. He uses SRG as a cover to run his scam operation.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN

I keep getting calls from Mr. Barry that I owe $3900 and that he could possibly waive some charges and bring my bal to $1900.
I have no idea what this call is about. I would like a written statement.

A woman named Tara Burke, keeps calling my husbands nephews home saying she needs to call her back how she got his number I don't know. I call and she wants me to verify information. I don't think so!
