ACS Litigation........they are a payday loan bill collector, could be payday loan collection scammer.....beware

I am getting calls from 855 411 9783 with threats that my daughter is going to be arrested today . I want
this to stop at once -calls are not even for me and I am being harressed

SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE LOCAL AUTHORITIES COME TO MY HOUSE TO SERVE ME WITH A SUMMONS IN 30 MINUTES IF I DID NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK. GAVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS THEY WERECOMING TO,LOL

Just got the same call and reported them to FBI, FTC and my state's Attorney General's Office.  They are trying to scare you into paying them.  DO NOT DO IT!!  File complaints like I did.  The FBI is already investigating these kinds of people.

Funny they called telling me my daughter was going to be arrested today...this person gave her name as April Strong.  Very husky BLACK voice.  I told her I thought she had the wrong number since my daughter has married and hasn't had my last name in many, many years. She said that if I didn't tell my daughter to call her the "Authorities" would come to arrest me in 30 minutes for hindering an investigation.  I told her to "Bring it on" then I hung up.  They called back almost immediately at which time I told them I will have the Prosecutors office contact them about this matter immediately.  She then hung up.  When I called back on my cell phone the recorded message said "You have reached ACS systems.  A debt collector. I asked for April Strong and was told that no one by that name worked there. I found out later that they must be going down the list of everyone in the phone book with my last name since my entire family got a call within 15 minutes.  Sad to say they are NOT looking for MY daughter but nice try on their part.

Called saying they are suspending my SS number press one to find out what suspicious activity is occurring.  Said they were from SS.  Scammer do not answer call.
