I get calls from here for my ex-husband....how can I make them stop calling me?  We have been divorced for years!!

this place called me sd going court for check fraud due to a loan i got on internet. said if dnt pay thru them taking me cout my county. stated out og georgia. christina hogue ext 450. give me case number xxxxx . i dont know if legit. please help thank u

Caller called my personal cell phone saying that a relative of mine would be "served" within 24-48 hours and needed to contact them ASAP.  He didn't identify himself or company represented, but gave a Case # and wanted payment over the phone to resolve the matter. Red Flag!  Legitimate companies do not transact business in this manner. Please don't provide credit card or bank account information to these criminals. A complaint will be filed with our State's Attorney and the Better Business Bureau.

PLEASE DONT PAY THEM... THEY CAN'T PROCESS YOU AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PMT OVER THE PHN.. THEY ARE FAKE. IF YOU GET THIS CALL GET A PHY ADDRESS AND NAME OF COMPANY AND CALL YOUR COURT SYSTEM TO REPORT THE,.. ALSO TO THE ATTY GEN.
