Yet another call from this number. Sent it to VM..no message left

855 is a new Toll Free number. Only God knows who this is and where they are.
ID just said 800 Service.

If they are a debit collection agency, they need to leave a message, perhaps I'll call them back to make payment...But no message gets no response

It's "debt" not "debit".  A debt is something owed (not owned or pwned) while a debit is a transaction applied to the negative side of an account.

855-431-7779 called and didn't leave a message.  I see that other posts believe this number belongs to Capital Collections - a debt collection agency.  If that is the case then I should have received a letter from them in the mail giving me 30 days to either acknowledge or refute the debt prior to them calling on the phone.  Gee that didn't happen!  If they continue this unprofessional behavior of harassment I have legal options.  Time will tell!

Received a call from this number at 8:41 am. One - I don't know the number so I let it go to voicemail. Two - if I don't know the number, and it's not local, I don't pick up before 9:00 am.

The guy did leave a message stating this was a call in an attempt to collect a debt and he was with Capital Collections. I'm on top of my stuff and don't have anything in collections so I'm not sure why they're contacting me.

Anyone know who they collect for?

Quick add on to the above - They are calling from 1-856-335-0962 but are asking me to call 855-431-7779.
