    Seriously?? This is just a scam that says there is a compliance issue with affirmative action at your business that they can help you to defuse. So sorry if you actually fell for it.....

    We spoke with them.  If you are a federal contractor, you have to comply with affirmative action laws.  This company is a great help.  Loved their free consultation. The material and services they provide are far better than any other company out there, and we spoke to lots of them.  If you pay attention to them they can help you a lot.  No idea what this other guy is talking about in here.

    Um ... the required material is FREE, if ordered from the appropriate government website.

    Now, why don'tcha tell us the physical address and website of this supposed "Affirmative Action" place that charges for their services?

    They never say anything about a compliance 'issue', or 'defusing' anything.  You need to get your ears checked.
    We now have a plan to work on executive order 11246, thanks to MS Affirmative Action.  We now have our outreach obligations covered, thanks to them.
    You probably are not the executive in charge of your AAP, that's why you don't know what you are talking about.
    Any federal contractor should listen to this company, listening doesn't cost anything.  You get a lot of info from them, for free.
    If you receive fed funds and you are in charge, you need to pay attention to this company.  Their services are great and at a very low price compared to what you get, and far lower than any other co. out there.  You are a fool for posting your crap in here.

    These materials are FREE from the Government website - http://www.dol.gov/whd/resources/posters.htm - no need to buy horrendously expensive posters - the Gov website even has a poster help feature to help people see which posters they need.  http://www.dol.gov/elaws/posters.htm

    Um ... "Frank", let us be frank ...

    Employers can easily obtain whatever assistance they need about Affirmative Action, by accessing
    http://www.dol.gov/dol/topic/hiring/affirmativeact.htm

    Note, that is a government site ... not a scammy and unknown cold-calling "telemarketer".  I hope you enjoy your BUSTED stamps!

    Oh ... you forgot to tell us the physical and web address of your supposedly helpful company, so we could do a little checking.

    I have posted here before, yet your webmaster refuses to post the truth on this website.  I was asked to post here again, to show you the errors in your comments.
    What you have here is a complete failure to differentiate between an EEO poster, as required for all employers, versus the federal requirement for an Affirmative Action Plan, under Executive Order 11246, as mandated for all federal contractors.
    The remarks on your website completely miss the point and show a severe lack in candor.  You are deliberately lying to visitors of your site.
    As you can see here:     http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/aa.htm   See part "C".
    Federal contractors are required to abide by the rules and regulations of the OFCCP, a federal law enforcement agency that ensures that federal contractors cover their compliance mandates for Affirmative Action.  A free sample affirmative action plan can be seen here:
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/pdf/sampleaap.pdf
    This is a sample plan.  Having a plan and working the plan are two different things.  Federal contractors are required to internally and externally disseminate their EEO Statement (that’s not a poster, that means publishing your actual statement), they need to identify the executive in charge of implementing their AAP, and they need to be able to document their Good Faith Efforts regarding Outreach and Positive Recruitment.  See below.
    Most of these mandates are spelled out in the FCCM (Federal Contract Compliance Manual) as well as the electronic code of federal regulations, ECFR.gov, search for Title 41, 60-741.44, required contents of an affirmative action plan.
    The staff/posers on your website are sorely under informed and show a dangerous lack of comprehension.  Maybe you should try to learn something about a subject, prior to making snipe remarks that may lead others to misconstrue your website as an actual source of information.
    Here is a short sample of the federal laws that federal contractors need to fulfill in their written affirmative action plan:
    Policy Statement - Equal Employment Opportunity 60-300.44(a) for Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans 60-741.44(a)
    Review of Personnel Processes 60-300.44(b) 60-741.44(b)
    Review of Physical and Mental Job Qualifications 60-300.44(c) 60-741.44(c)
    Reasonable Accommodation 60-300.44(d) 60-741.44(d)
    Harassment Prevention 60-300.44(e) (and Prohibition Against Retaliation) 60-741.44(e) External Dissemination of EEO Policy 60-300.44(f) 60-741.44(f)
    Internal Dissemination of EEO Policy 60-300.44(g) 60-741.44(g)
    Audit and Reporting System 60-300.44(h) 60-741.44(h)
    Establishment of Responsibility for AAP Implementation 60-300.44(i) 60-741.44(i)
    Training to Ensure AAP Implementation 60-300.44(j) 60-741.44(j)
    Sample Invitation to Self-Identify 60-300.42, 60-741.42
    You can review all of these at ecfr.gov, simple search, enter the section number above…
    In addition to the above, the mandates listed in the 537 page FCCM go into more detail of what an OFCCP compliance officer will be looking for when auditing a federal contractor.  You can download and review the latest version of the FCCM here: http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/fccm/fccmanul.htm
    You should review the sections:  1E02, 1H07, 1L02, 2E02, 2F00, 2G00, 2M01, 3I02, to name just a few that every federal contractor needs to be able to prove, with documentary evidence, that they are in compliance with these, among many, many others.
    You can find out more about these issues on our website:
    http://www.minoritysuccess.us/about-us/faq
    http://www.minoritysuccess.us/resources/newsletter
    here is a free self – audit for federal contractors:  http://www.minoritysuccess.us/self-audit.html
    click on ‘next’ to see the second page..   then tell me that you know everything about these federal laws and that you are in a position to try to tell others what it is all about.
    More info from the OFCCP can be found here:
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/faqs/emprfaqs.htm#Q6
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/faqs/emprfaqs.htm#Q18
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/Resources.htm
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/faqs/SchedulingLetter_FAQs.html
    If you actually took the time to learn about these issues, you would never confuse a free poster with a written affirmative action plan, nor would you ever advise any federal contractor not to comply with federal law and suggest that they do not have an affirmative action plan in place.
    Now that you should have a vague understanding of the complex compliance issues for federal contractors with EO11246, you might inform visitors to your site that we are a perfectly legitimate affirmative action consulting firm with thousands of satisfied clients nationwide.  No online smear campaign like this site is ever going to change that.
    You only show your lack of understanding, you are not helping anyone with your uninformed comments.

    My reply is much shorter, and more direct.
    If a company wants to complete a written Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), they can use the FREE example provide here:
    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/pdf/sampleaap.pdf

    For viewers who wonder what contractors must have such a plan, read this:
    == quote ==
    Under Executive Order 11246, when are Federal contractors and subcontractors required to develop a written affirmative action program (AAP)?

    Each non-construction contractor/subcontractor with 50 or more employees is required to develop a written Affirmative Action Program (AAP) for each of its establishments within 120 days from the start of the Federal contract, if it:

       Has a Federal contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more;
       Has government bills of lading which in any 12-month period total, or can reasonably be expected to total, $50,000 or more;
       Serves as a depository of Federal funds in any amount; or
       Is a financial institution that is an issuing and paying agent for U.S. savings bonds and savings notes in any amount.

    http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/faqs/emprfaqs.htm#Q6
    == end quote ==

    So, as you see, your statement, "as mandated for all federal contractors" is patently false, misleading, and self-serving

    DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.  PERIOD.  Their approach to soliciting your business is to invoke fear or alarm by IMPLYING that you are non-compliant with some federal requirement due to your new grant award (How did they know? - it's public record).  Now, you'll probably have to hang up on them to get off of the phone...

    SLIM's description above is VERY accurate and Minority Success (also above) is obfuscating the truth with an abundance of facts that have nothing to do with HOW this company, which owns THIS phone number, does business...unprofessionally.

    These people are UNPROFESSIONAL and INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING in their solicitation techniques - do you think they are any more ethical in their day-to-day operations?  Do you think THEY may be behind all of the "busted" post above?  If this is what YOu consider "a good start," do business with them.  Otherwise, HANG UP! (and run...)

    Actually you're a company attempting to sell useless services to companies.  The information you give out is readily available for free from government websites.  If a company has a government contract then they are made aware of the requirements.

    I agree most business that deal with the federal government are well aware of any affirmative action or minority business requirements; they don't need this company calling them and wasting their time.

    It looks to me like this company is into intimidation more than anything else.

    Minority Success is trying to get you to develop an Affirmative Action Plan through them.  Unfortunately for them, they did this by telling my receptionist that it is about our "Affirmative Action regulations" and they need to speak with me about it.  They are not just trying to sell you posters, but they solicit new customers the same way the poster companies do - by making it seem like you've done something wrong and are out of compliance.  I will never do business with a company solicits new business this way.

    They called and left a message talking about federal mandated changes to our AAP.  I called back and gave the reference #.  They said they could only speak to the Director of HR or the person who can make changes.  I asked if they were third party.  They said yes.  They attempted to sound very legal and threatening. As if they were a government entity.  They try to scare you into having to deal with them! THIS IS A SCAM!  They have changed the number that you could initially find out about them.  Look up MS Affirmative Action and you will see other complaints!
