    No but i'll call now, see what they want.  I think it's RSB Equity, which if you search them on Google, they come up on here.  Harassment to no end from what I've seen.

    I got the same message.  I called the number and they are stating i took out a payday loan in 2010 with NET LOAN.  I have never heard of this company and have not taken out a loan with them.  They tried to tell me they had all my information but they had my address wrong. They told me I owed $1,080.00.  I told them i was not paying anything until I received something in writing.  "Mr. Johnson" then told me that they do not send out notifications but they will e-mail it to me.  He threatened me with lawyers about five times and told me I had intentionally defrauded the company.  I call BS!  don't let them scam you!!!

    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

    •is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
    •refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
    •asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
    •exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

    If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

    •Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
    If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.•Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
    •Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
    •Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
    •Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

    They are completely SCAM ARTISTS, and illegal ones at that, if they send you an e-mail you can forward that to the Federal Trade Commision at spam@uce.gov.  Unless you actually receive a document from your local courthouse, or served a legal document showing all the information required to legally file a complaint against you DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT let these people get the best of you, their tactics are illegal, they can not threaten you with an arrest, seizing any of your property, asking you to let you Suprevisor know about your legal activities, they are bullies because they hope that you will crumble and fall apart and give into their demands - tell them to send you a legal document via the USPS with alll the information they are claiming against you - I will bet you $$$$$ you will never get anything, honestly they are on a fishing expedition hoping you will give them what they want - "DONT"  give them any information.  I implore you to stop them in their tracks - do not answer their call, and if at all possible block them!  They are vultures circling for their next prey!

    called saying a complaint was filed against this number and it would be in my best interest to return the phone call to resolve this matter. They have even called my elderly mother-in-law telling her that a restraining order was put out on my husband and criminal charges are pending for frauding a bank. I highly doubt if it was a criminal case that a bank would hire debt collectors to do harassment calls but would turn all information to the DA of the area where supposed crime took place and you live. Mother-in-law freaked out and husband spent 3 hrs trying to settle her down. These people are the bottom below scumbags and should be taken out of business but they seem to change numbers faster than the wind, have had landlines and wireless caller.

    This company called my parents in another state saying that I listed them as a Reference for a Check Loan I took out in 2010.  Said the Debt Balance is now $1500 but they'll take $750 - They told my Mom that I had 24 hrs to respond or they would pursue action.  They disclosed information to my Mom and were very 'matter of fact' with her.  She was taken by surprise and wasn't sure what to think.  She immediately called me and I was unable to shed any light on her conversation with this person.  I called an Attorney friend of mine and we pulled my Credit Bureau .... This company was not listed on my CB.  - I have no clue who this company is.  My Attorney advised they are typically Scams and that no one should disclose ANY information to them.  If this is a legitimate company, they would not disclose personal financial information to a third party person - also, they would send you a Certified Letter regarding any legal action.  On another note .... I have NEVER listed my parents as references on any loans I've ever had .... my Attorney has a strong suspicion that these people may have hacked into my phone bill to get my most called Contacts with the same last name as me.  **Use Caution - Don't let them get you Upset - It isn't Worth it**

    Received message stating I must call 8552-442-4902 by 5pm to stop legal action.  This is definitely a scam.  I have no outstanding bills and have not taken a loan of any sort.  In this economy I think these scam artists are just trying their odds that they will eventually hit up a poor unsuspecting person that is hard up on their luck and is behind on bills so that they will be tricked into thinking that they are being contacted by a collection agency of some sort.  I suggest you don't give them any information.  I don't even bother answering the phone.
