Got a call from this place and a guy named Jason Day with CFS saying they have a summens to serve me for fradulent check activity from their client Compass Capital whom I have never heard of in the amount of $602 asked if I have a PIF Number and then hung up on me. This has to be a scam

got a call from this guys when return the call to tell him to get my number off his list he hang up, call my lawyer up , about the call i m waiting for him to call me back again , trying to see if i can sue him for harassment  the company name is cfs, i m hoping they continue to call

Got a call from this number. When I pick up, there was a recording saying a complaint was filed on me. I am a person who NEVER gets in trouble and was puzzled as to why I got this phone call.

They called me once this morning threatening to serve me court papers. I've never heard of them nor do I owe anyone any money. Also they called my father, telling him I was getting sued. I called them back to chew them out only got voicemail which happens to be "full" how funny. Bunch of bs if you ask me. Wish these people would get real jobs!

Received a call early this morning went to voicemsil saying a formal complaint was filed against me and to return the call with information about my whereabouts and the next step is for "paperwork" to be filed with the county courts

I got a call this morning telling me I had a formal complaint against me and that I owed money for an online payday from the sevens group which I never had done..... ever!!!   told them I had just recently  discharged a bankruptcy for everything and they were not one of my crefitors.   they tried to tell me this was legit in California told them I was calling my later and hung up.  Next I know both jut son and brother receive an automated mage looking for my whereabouts and that papers where going to be filed against me with the local county court

They call family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.

Notify your bankruptcy attorney and let him handle this.  That is what you paid him to do.  It is illegal to attempt to collect a debt that was discharged and illegal to threaten a lawsuit.

My mom received a call from this number and the voicemail stated that they were looking for me and that they were going to file papers with the local court because I owe money. It scared my mom cause she thought I was in trouble even though she knows I pay for everything in cash. I just ignore the phone calls and told her to do the same just so the caller doesn't get any satisfaction. If they call anyone else or my work, I will get a lawyer involved.

they tried to get me to give them my personal info saying I took out a fraudulent loan in which I know for fact I haven't ever had a loan in my life they threatened to take me to court and I told them have fun with that and told these scammers to stick it where the sun don't shine and file it in court its simply a scam people don't give em your personal info

CALLER LEFT "URGENT" message stating I have a "complaint filed against me" and need to contact them ASAP. The called also
called my brothers HOME and LEFT a 'urgent MESSAGE TRYING TO CONTACT ME and do they know where I am" WHO DOES THAT!!!!...FRAUD

Same as above. They called my cell, house and work all with the same message that there was a complaint filed against me. When I called back they had a lot of personal information but it was for a loan I never received, to a prepaid card I never owned and with the wrong last 4 SS#. I gave them no Info and they said it must me a mistake and they would send it back to where it came from. Then I was told to hold and they would connect me to their "senior legal advisor" no one ever picked up. I called back today and told them I was reporting them and they hung up on me.

I received the same call and I either had to pay or else I'll go to court. Smh! The scammers don't stop!

On April 12, 2016, @ 9:17AM, I received a call from 855-443-6121.  The guy with a deep voice informed me that a complaint has been filed against my real name and stated if this was me push 1.  I listened and ignored this guy's voice period.  I know how business works.  No matter what type of debt you owe, collectors send letters via mail to resolve a debt.  Always remember collectors explain to their workers that scare tactics is the best alternative to resolve a matter involving M O N E Y.  If I owe someone, why have I received a letter stating this, that, and another.  Another thing, how you get my name and number in the first place.  My advice to them, do not call back because they will get the business.

They called me with information on a debt I payed a long time ago. When I asked for more information they claimed they weren't a collection agency but will collect the debt amount? Makes no sense! I told them in going to file a complaint with my state attorney general office. When I asked as to why their company isn't coming up online, they claim they're a private company and their information isn't list. Smh! Sounds like BS to me!

Got called by company claiming they were about to file papers against me. I had no idea what they were talking about, but they seemed to have information about my SS# and my address from ten years ago. They wanted me to give them a credit card "to secure a payment plan." That's when I knew it was complete BS. They also called my mother.  SCAM.

Scam attempt.  Ignore and block the calls.

The Seven Group is another zombie or phantom creditor the debt scammers use when they are basically trying to scam money out of the people they call.  Seven Group was dissolved in       2010 according the the records of the Secretary of State of Nevada.

Ignore any calls claiming a debt to this group.
