Scam! Threatening calls.

Threatening phone calls to me and others in my family. Had my address and family members name. Said they had papers to serve - legal documents - summons for court appearance. Had a case number. Called back and spoke to "Sean McCumsky" who says he's with Cramer & Williams.

I spoke to the same "Sean McCumsky" he said he was with legal services I am glad Sheila posted this I was freaking out. I was told I owed money for unpaid credit card balance I had from years ago from HSBC bank???? scam!!
