Has called twice in 30 minutes, asking for someone with the same first name (Rachel) but different last name. Automated/robot call referencing "court case" but doesn't give any further information.

I received a call from this number stating that they would come to my work and I have a court pending.  Is this true?

Tyler Evans called twice saying he would be at my home or job on Oct 4 to serve me with papers for a court date next week and to call this number to make arrangements before then to avoid court.  That I was to be available with valid state ID to receive the paperwork

Called my personal cell phone for my ex husband (have been divorced for over 10 years) who I have ZERO contact with.

recieved a call from an private number and didnt answer, later a voice mail was left from a "lisa collins" saying a claim had been made against me and that "I have officially been notified", as I conducted some research and found no trace of this so called agency, this appears to be nothing more than a scam to get personal information from people. I sugest filling a report against the caller to put a stop to these scams.

Same exact phone call, 'unknown' ...same exact message left as Arturo writes. That was 11 days ago. I have heard nothing else. Jerks.

I have received these in the past also. All threats to prosecute me as an accomplice in a felony matter with a friend. I had threats of 5 years imprisonment. knowing my innocence of what I was accused of,I returned the calls and told them to serve me and we will meet in court, along with a counter lawsuit. I was told when I called that the matter was for embezzlement of $810 and if I paid it the matter would go away. These people get public records of recent divoces and such and get your friends and familys names from them.Call them back with a threat of your own and they will stop calling. Its all a scam
