    Same as above.  Grandson arrested in Las Vegas and grandparents need to send money.  Capt. Neal was the supposed caller.

    my grandfather received a call from this number 3 days ago. a man impersonating his sobbing grandson and claiming to be arrested in New Mexico. Captain O'Connell was the supposed caller. they asked for $4000.00
    he did begin the process of wiring money but got wise and stopped the transaction before it was processed. He filed a  police report but the police don't seem interested in investigating.
