In fact this is no different than going into the store to set up a new account. When calling existing customers the agents require simply a verification of a postal code but when setting up a new account they would of course require the information to set up an account and to do a small credit evaluation to ensure a new customer does not owe Rogers any money or have a very poor credit rating as this would be poor business to provide someone who does not pay their bills a brand new phone.

Absolutely we have no issues removing you from the calling list. It's much easier to take the time to ask the agent who is calling.

I keep getting a call from this number at least 2-3 times a day & there is nothing there or there is noise of others in the background.. SICK & TIRED of this & I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!! this is so fricken ridiculous already!!! PLUS I blocked their call & they still get through - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???

I receive calls from these people also. Simple solution: add them to phone book in phone and mark it to go straight to voicemail.

Calls every day.  There is never anyone on the line.  If you are a marketing company maybe you should have people on the phone to talk to potential customers??!! I called the remove my number from their annoying call list. 647-727-1645.

I have never been a Rogers customer, and I am getting 2 - 8 calls each day from this number.  I am on a DNC list and am getting quite annoyed!  I never answer the call, as if they don't want to leave a message, I don't want to waste my time with them.

I work @ this company. to give you a little help. we do not fall under the national DNC, because it states that companies are allowed to call their customers with promotional calls..

If you really want to be taken off.. please call rogers direct.

I got a call from Zedd yesterday, on behalf of Rogers. Just by listening for 2 minutes, I got more info, and a better deal than I have ever been offered from Rogers directly, even though I am a long time cuatomer.I confirmed today in a Rogers store that they couldn't match the offer from Zedd. The whole experience was great, the agent polite, not sure what everyone is complaining about. FYI, even if you are on the do not call list, any company with an existing business relationship with you (or a company working for them) can contact you until you ask them not to.

Got a call from them tonight, they asked for me by name, wanting to help with my phone bill see if they could upgrade/make changes, trying to sell me a family plan but i shut that down real fast. asked for my postal code which i gave them (now feeling a bit nervous) they then pulled up my records, (after asking for my pin, made me feel more nervous) he looked at my account to find he cannot do anything and i will have to go into the store to make any changes, so all in all a worthless few minutes

hopefully its legit and i haven't told them anything i shouldn't have.
