I received this call as well. I think it is fake so I did not call back. Health Net should do something about it.

Computer voice left a message to call them back re: health reminders.

Same as Paintedtoes.  Ryan Matthews with Priority Legal Carrying Services, has a summons to deliver in next 24-48 hrs, have 2 forms of ID @home or if at work, supervisor or head of security to sign as witness, failure to sign may result in a missed court appearance.  Lucky that I work for the Fed govt investigating fraud.  Audio & video will be rolling if he appears.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Definitions, if you need 'em:
* A =summons= is an official notice of a lawsuit. It is given to the person being sued (the defendant).
* A =subpoena= is a court order. It requires someone to come to court, go to a deposition, or give documents or evidence.
* =Papers= is a word sometimes used by scammers, as a scare word.  Legal documents can be sent via Certified mail. A courier is not absolutely necessary, although  the Sheriff, Constable, or a Bonded Licensed Process Server might be used.  Such people will have appropriate ID.

I received a call from a Mr. Matthes saying he was going to come to my home or work. And that he had a summons to deliver in the next 24 -48 hrs. But I was pretty sure it was some sort of new scam. So I did a reverse phone look up and found this! The law or FBI should be able to trace the number without any trouble and put a stop to this I have the recording and I listened to it a few times he has a threating way in his voice and it would cause a person to panic! I am 100% disabled and I am not supposed to get excited.And I am experiencing a lot of anexity now! Yeh guys and girls at the FBI get this A.S. okay??!!
