I received a call from someone who said they represented the business at this number, but I dont know the name of the the business.

This Company Calls it self EMS, A debt collection company, first did not identify its self as a debt company, 2 Threatened to call the police to dispatch and officer, This company specificity when I called back refused to tell me who they were and why they were calling, This EMS company broke 3 laws that protect consumers find out who they are,

CMS is the Company Name and the owner is Chris

CMS is the Company Chris  is the owner his number is 1-716-748-6802 that used the 1 male caller from this company used the police dispatch police are looking for you threat, to try to get information, 1 Female was Harassing and 2 other were very rude, This company calls its self EMS on its phone number 1-855-475-0260, This company used bad words with me and even was rude when I tried to find out the owners name, then when I tried to ask to be removed from the list, they would not answer, They did not say who they were or why they were calling. This is why there is government rules about this so crazy people can not start companies and start harassment like this..

I also recieved a called from a guy who tried to be intimidating.  They left a message that myself or my lawyer must call them back due to pending allegations in the county where i live.  He did not identify himself when i was on the phone.  I Hung up he left a message saying his name was Mr. Eric.  The number called from was 716-748-6802 but he left a message with his direct number of 855-475-0260 xt 1305.  He tried to make is seem like their was a criminal investigation on me by using words like "pending allegations" and my lawyer needs to call them. etc... Thank god for the internet!

I can assure you,  not a bloomin things going to happen.   Ole Chris is getting pretty well known around the scam scene and has been prominently featured in several discussion threads on this board.  He's a big mouth,  likes to intimidate,  &  threaten legal action. Some of the ScamBusters here on the board gets after him quite a lot.

I recieved that  same call last Friday and every day since (except  Sunday]]  but exact message I asked for proof of this and he replied  first I  need to sett payment arrangement first with checking or credit ..I  said I havee neither he became very rude  No money from me  until I see  original debt

I call the Attorney that advertises with this website, he informed me to file a complaint with the FTC, also that its very hard for attorneys to go after these companies because of a lack of info, so he is the plan, for those who read this, get there names recorded on paper or tape, second, find out a P.O. Box to locate the scam at, third, Find out who is the owner, then contact the attorney that I did and lets get these scammers put in jail 1855-475-0260 is the cms company that claims to be bexar county mediators,

EMS or CMS has a new Number its 1877-799-9234, The 855-475-0260 is in New York near Buffalo just be aware there are 2 numbers associates with this scam now, time to sue them and report them to the FTC

Just got another call from cms (County Mediation Services) wanting to update my email as well as mailing address so they can send me paperwork it was a Mr. Allerd  supposedy  located  in Tonowanda  NY  3407 Delaware Ave but  I cant find a listng for them not by address  or phone or company name...

So why did you look up their number on this site?

Why would they say that if you don't make a payment agreement within 24 hours that they're going to file paper work with the court?

They say that because they don't want to give you more than 24 hours to find out if you owe the debt or not.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

Sorry, shill, it doesn't work that way.  You are obligated to send written verification of the debt once asked by the consumer.  The law says you need to do this first -- before demanding any payment.  If you refuse to do that, the consumer should not pay.

There's nothing to avoid.  If you have legitimate paperwork validating the debt, then SEND IT TO HER IN THE MAIL!  If you have legitimate proof that she owes the debt, and that your company is the current owner of the debt, then you should already have her address.  She does not need to verify this with you first.

As for your question "who is scamming who?"  The answer is clear -- you are the scammer.

Well heck,  if it all seems correct to you, and to that attorney of yours,  Why waste any time here running guard for such an obviously saintly collection company?   You're wasting all of your time on this board trying to keep the shill going.  You should be on them phones trying to get hold of that certain someone who can turn a buck for you.    Times a wastin!!!
