I received a call today from this number,  855-481-7572;  They left an automated voice message stating I had recently applied for a Loan On-Line (WHICH I NEVER DO) and that their Officers are taking a second look at my application and I'm approved for $1000.00 - They left an email address of www.wireloantoday.com. - and the offer expires in 24-hours.  (** I googled the web address given and what do you know?? - It immediately brought up "Wire Loan Today / Payday Loans") -  I've not applied for any loans of any type or any amount on-line or anywhere else for that matter and certainly would never go to a Loan-Sharking Payday Loan company if I did. - DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE - It's a SCAM

I got the EXACT same call today. When i called the number back it said "number not in service". I get at least one of these kind of calls a week. (on my cell). How do we keep them from calling?

I received a message on my cell phone from 855-481-7572 on 7.24.14 stating I recently applied for a loan, which I hadn't.  I was approved for $21,000 and left a code 31242 to give when I call them back.  I don't even aswer calls that I don't recognize so they will never receive a call back.  I too continue to get calls from 855 area code and ignore every one of them.

I have privacy star on my phone, I ignor the call, then block the call and then I report the call, they can call all they want it won't come through on my phone again. These people need to be reported and stopped.

My 13 year old got a call from this number with the message stating the call was in response to a loan application made online. Total scam.

Same call. Same drill. Same BS. Why can't the Feds stop this?

Didn't answer. I've found that the BEST way to FIGHT these type call is not to answer. Sure, some people have businesses and get calls from strange area codes, but that's not the case for me. If it's out of my area code, and not a number my cell  phone knows, I don't answer. Any legitimate caller would leave a message.
