I answered and got a recorded message that said, "This is an important call from  Orlando Health Physicians Group."  Then it said someone's name and gave a phone number to call.

Left message to call back about account and left account number. No company name.

Says the caller is from Orlando health and gives this number to call with an account number. I called Orlando Health with the number to their billing department from one of their statements and I find out it's not them calling. This could be a scam.

Caller ID says out of area private caller, so we won't answer, then we get a recorded message.  The message gives what sounds like a person's name and an our supposed account number, then giving their hours telling us to call about our account.  We will not return the call.  This has been going on about 2 weeks.  It seems the calls are getting more frequent and usually late in the afternoon.  I'm sure it's a scam.

They call almost daily and sometimes from a 407 number.  When you call, there is no company name.  Just says "you have reached patient account services".  Sat on hold and nobody answered.  Getting ready to block them so they can't call me any longer.
