Message looking for whereabouts about someone. Says they have a case filed on this individual. But they never identify themselves.

Says they have case bad check filed i told them i dont have checks responded not physical check had all my personal info kept asking me if correct when i said dont answer thst cuz had no idea eho i was speaking to he responded good look in court

called me today, says her name is Melissa and gave me a case number and county.  She said someone it suing me. I looked up the case online and it doesn't exist.

This is a SCAM! Do not under any circumstances give them any money!  They will try to intimidate you by reciting your personal information but there is no case against you. These are scam artists they are scum

Just got a voice mail from a Melissa saying there is a pending legal matter with some office but didn't say what office or where. She did say there was a case number under my name and social security number. I received a similar voice mail like this yesterday from a guy from "Milestone" which is not real, I also received the same from a completely different number a month or two ago. After I receive the case numbers and county I call the civil claims courts of the county and surprise, they are never real! It's a scam people!! Yes they may have your social and all your info but that does not mean you have to confirm anything! Do not give them your information or confirm anything, report them to the Federal Trade Commission!

Same story as all above.  Why do they get away with this???

I got a message today saying it's from legal services dept a girl named Amanda and this Thursday they were going to serve me legal docs to my home and if I wasn't home they will go and serve me at my place of employment. I know it's a scam but I'm really nerves too how can I have these people from not doing this anymore? Thanks

I received the same phone call AT WORK from a Melissa saying she is from some Legal Office and they have some legal docs filed from the county office (Ummm, Really??) that they need to serve at my place of business but first wants me to call this number and try to resolve the situation with the creditors first.  UMmmmm WHATEVER!!!  SCAM written all over it.  Where are these ppl finding our numbers and try to scare us with some bogus claim.  Please, go a life MELISSA and leave me the hell alone.  Call my office one more time and you will get curse the hell out!!

If you really had a problem, they would not call you first they would just serve you. In all honesty they can be sued and receive penalty for calling your job in the state of TX.

yes i recieved a meassage from a michael steveson telling me that i have checks and that someone is going to go to my house or to my job to serve me with some leagal papers today which is sept. 16, 2014 and the i got another call from a
amanda carson to telling me that they are going to sever me some papers this moring between 9am until 4pm at my house and if they did not find me they were going to go to my job. to give me the papers they even gave me a case number and that it was from where i live so they new where i stayed at so do i go aheald and belive this can someone answers me back.
