Got a letter about a vehicle warranty and this is the contact number. No dealership or brand of auto information listed, no website to reference, no email address. Just a lot of URGENT, CALL NOW, LAST CHANCE, etc...

I believe these are the same one's that call trying to scam people about a vehicle warranty.  They originally were calling me about 2 vehicles that were 15 years old each and they quit calling after they realized I was laughing at them due to my vehicles being so old.  I just got a vehicle in october and they sent me a post card wanting me to contact them at this number to extend the warranty.  The joke is still on them.

Claimed to be Safe Auto on the automated message when I called in from the post card. When I asked the telemarketer he said Safe Guard. The script he gave was the same as two other similarly formated post cards I got in the mail with different customer numbers and phone numbers which I am also reporting. I hung up when I realized it was the same company.

Need I say more?  I am tired of these F**kers ..... AND .... they are not getting a red cent from this family!  They keep sending postcards (with 855-494-4414 as the phone number to call ... no, don't think so).

I have just purchased a car, and received a bunch of letters and a card from varies companies telling me that my warranty is about up. This company has sent me one to. I'm not here to bash anybody, it is my fault that I didn't call first the finance company that I go through to find out what I was covered under. These Companies are just doing what they get paid to do. My advice to all of you out there, to do the same. My mistake....... and by the way  Safe Guard Auto Direct I'm sorry for my actions and going off the way I did, It's my very first car that I had to finance and I'm not rich just not into scams....or bad business. I hope you understand

I just moved to Texas from Canada.  I had registered my car two weeks ago that I imported.  I find it very disconcerting that my information is so quickly released to a third party.  I will not be calling them and hope this is the last letter I receive.

Received (2) two postcards right after I registered my vehicle, that my warrenty was expiring "URGENT TIME SENSITIVE, FINAL COVERAGE NOTICE" . NO company name, business name or any type of name, just a phone # to call and get my factory warrenty reinstated.
I would like to know how they got my info that was given by hand to DMV! Is DMV selling our info to bogus people out there?   BEWARE PEOLPE, SEEMS TO BE A SCAM.....

You shold not be sorry for someone who has purchased your info just to scam you! Stick to your guns...

I live in Virginia and  received the same type of notices, its a scam and I am getting sick of DMV selling our onfo that should be private and not made public like they are doing. Needles to say I am really mad about this.

AMEN to that, I feel the same way DMV has been selling our private info when it should be private....

I received the same such postcards to call 855-494-4414 so beware of DMV selling our info, what next the GOVERNMENT selling our socials and what not! Tired of telemarketers,  sick to death of them.....

The thing to do is call them back and ask millions of questions and make it look like your interested, tell them you will call back and do so and then start all over again with the questions and keep it up as long as you can... The joke will be on them if everyone did this. :)

Hey guy, I got same postcard telling me crap about my warranty expiring. Anyway I discovered after my investigation that they are bogus warranty sales people. Obviously data in America is made available to every Tom, Dick and Harry so as you request for vehicle title, they get your details and contact you.
I wish they're more decent about it and put their company name and address for credibility.

They don't even know the make of car I purchased.  On the front side, it states: "Vehicle: MITSUBISHI * MAZDA * SUZUKI"  I have received two postcards.  One with a deadline of 10/14/2014 and another with a deadline of 10/22/2014.  They are both "VERY URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE" with a note of "YOUR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY MAY BE ABOUT TO EXPIRE OR HAS RECENTLY EXPIRED BASED ON AGE OR MILEAGE." Let's think about this.  I bought the car a month and a half ago and have a six-year warranty.  Oh, I had better buy an extended warranty now before it is too late!

I keep receiving post cards from these people and received a phone call today. They began asking questions about my vehicle and tried to transfer me to someone who could set up my extended warranty without even asking if I wanted one. When I declined, I was warned about the high repair costs at the dealership. Many people never use their extended warranties and repairs rarely exceed what the warranty cost. Scam or not, don't waste your time or money.

Got a "Vehicle Alert Notice" in the mail "to infom you that the factory warranty on your Ford vehicle that you purchased has expired or is about to expire. Please contact us Immediately!"  Then continues to ramble on and wanting you to call a certain number (855-494-4414) followed by hours when to call.

Same as the rest of the comments. Received 3 postcards with 3 different return numbers, no company name on any of them

Safe Guard Auto Direct.  Asked for me by name.  I made the mistake a couple of months ago in showing interest in an extended warranty.  I told them never mind yet they have begun to make these calls.  I answered and they asked for me by name.  I told them they had the wrong number.  I called them right back and got a voicemail recording.  It appears they (or someone) has passed the number around to other "services" like this because I have received other calls from different numbers for the same pitch.
