I am getting blown up with this number too. They say they are trying to serve me a certified letter but its for a collection on an account. I am committing fraud blah blah blah and they are going to take me to court. I let them know stop calling me. its in collections for a reason, I can't pay. but they continue to call not just me, but 4 other people looking for me.
Mine was for a furniture company. I went through this same thing about 3 months ago. Pretty much same story same everything but that company would tell me who they are. Guess I will weather the storm. I cannot give info or $$ to anyone that cannot tell me who they are. Would not supply me with fax #s, e-mail anything. All they say is they want to set up settlement, im committing fraud, blah blah, and they are going to come after me in court and garnish wages. Nice scare tactic, but its a collection.

Also, they will not say what company they are with, and when they verified who I am, they told me the last 4 of the soc all I said was yeah. So they aren't even verifying properly, I could be who they are looking for I could not be.

Received the exactly phone call today. They even provided with a casa # and a guy named Erik

Being harassed from a guy named Erik stating that I am going to be served today between 5 and 6 pm for a debt. Long and behold I never request a loan for that particular amount. Being annoyed...

Recieved the same calls, they were looking for my parents saying that they would be served papers to apper in court. I told them I was not a liaison for my parents and that they needed to call them directly. The "Jack Jones" scumbag said it was going to be my problem if my parents dont show up to court.

The number shows as private number on my phone. Left a message for one of my children who does not live with me saying he had received papers for some money that is owed. The caller says that his name is Jack Jones. He gives a case number. I called back and a guy named Erik answers and when I started telling him why I called he hung up on me. I called back again and ask for Jack Jones and he hung up on me again. I called again and got a voice mail telling me to leave a message, which I did not do.

Repeated calls from this number saying that they are trying to serve me and my daughter with a certified letter.  In his messages, he refers to himself as Michael Rizzo.  I have not received any certified letters and I have no contact with my daughter.

My husband got a call today. It is a scam. They are not real debt collectors. If you give them any information they will attempt to steal your identity.

The So Called company is CMI or CMS, which ever they chose to use when you talk with them.

Mike Brock no company given, said he will be at my address and I need to have picture ID so he can serve me with papers

I am getting called by Michael Rizzo as well, has anything happened with your situation?
