yeah I just got the same chick that said she would bring some state legal mumbo jumbo papers with her.  First of the conversation was she will be here wednesday before 5pm, at the end of her schpeal, it was friday before 5pm
I wont be here anyway, I have job to work.
Didnt state company just that she was a legal courrier.

My daughter got a call from that courier service and I called 855 501 3798.  I called that number and was told about a pay day loan I suppose to have gotten back in 2012.  I told him to provide me with the contract that I signed and the proof that I did get the loan.  He said he will provide me with a demand letter.  I told him no I want proof and he has my email addy to email it there and I hung up!

Got a call from a courier on tues that he was going to deliver for me on thurs. I contacted them to see what in hell I could be getting delivered. They told me I had a bank account that went delinquent and was left in the negative of almost 700. I never had one that went delinquent. The woman I spoke to told me to call the bank, so I did just to see what could have possibly put my account in the neg. FTB told me I didn't turn off my auto pay for my cell phone. So they paid it and are now able to charge me for that plus overdrafts and late fees. FML. I cant believe banks are allowed to do that. Any way to screw me over. I was able to settle my account with them. Last thing I need is checksystems on my credit report.

Stated delivering legal documents that require signature and ID that are required by state (didn't say which state) in an attempt to collect a debt. Will deliver to home or place of employment. Stated if you don't sign/acknowledge, legal proceedings may begin to garnish wages/income to collect debt. May incur added legal costs in addition to debt. Proceed with caution, seek legal advice. Any acknowledgments may restart statue of limitation on debt in which original creditor/collection agency may be able to file suit against you. Contact federal trades commission or a consumer debt counseling service for legal and credit advice.
