Wife was in FB when she got a blue screen that said she needed to call 855-506-6515 (suppose to be Microsoft support).  There was a sight that said don't call, just reboot and the problem is gone.  I had this problem another time and that is what I did, Reboot.  The number isn't listed under Microsoft support either. If you call they want you to turn control over to them (you'll probably loose a lot if you do)

Same story here, was in Facebook (on my phone) and after noticing two instant message notifications, had to lgo into my computer to acess it since the IM app messes up my phone. So when I went to look at them in Facebook on my computer, I noticed I didn't see the same to instant message notifications. I thought it was weird, actually rebooted my phone thinking it was a phone error. And that's when the air popped up on my computer with directions to call this number.

Had just logged into FB to view wedding pictures.  Got blue screen with message stating my system may have been hacked. It notedoesn't area I was in. Said do not reboot or you could lose all information on hard drivecall the 855 number for Microsoft tech. Looked very suspicious to me. Checked online thru another source and saw several receiving same message. Rebooted and everything appears to be fine.

Same as above; reports; clicked on a link on facebook and got this on three different links over 4 days.  Just did cntl+alt+del and used task manager to shut down internet explorer.  As facebook doesn't actually seem to have a way to report that their site has this issue, not sure how long it will take to have them clean it up.

Today, 5/10/2016, I was attempting to 'Share' a Post on Facebook, when a 'Blue Screen Popped Up' stating I had possible 'Security' problems. The message said to call 855-506-6515 and not to disconnect or Reboot my computer. I called the number and got some man who I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A THING HE WAS SAYING. I asked where he was located and who he worked for. He said Microsoft and he was in the North Carolina area? He suggested that maybe my 'Security Program' had expired. I told him I was running Microsoft Essentials Security check as we spoke. I told him I couldn't understand a 'Damn Thing' he was saying; that he was a 'Hoax' and I was going to report this number; and, I hung up on him!
