This caller stated that they were from our insurance company; however, when I called the customer service number for our company, they stated they had no reason for a call. The caller was of foreign decent and requested a great deal of my husband's information. As it is a new plan, he thought it was routine. But when I called the company back, they stated they already had all of our information.

Rocco Salviola & Associates, Doing Business As RSA medical emailed and called my answering machine the same day urging me to call them regarding my Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma insurance, alleging that my coverage had just begun, but I've been enrolled for over 3 months. Searching their name I find Rocca Salviola is a FELON. I am sure they are not associated with my insurance company and I won't be calling them. In fact I may report these attempts to contact me to the authorities. Be Warned, search this company with Google's search engine.

Do not give them any information!!!
They also use: 855-913-5324. Wanted to confirm address, last digits of my social,  etc. I refused and the "doctor" insisted I call back to the number he called me on. I called BC/BS NM's OFFICIAL number and was told the number I was called from had nothing to do with them whatsoever. And they NEVER call to verify info.

If you've gotten one of these calls or emails, contact BC/BS by the phone number on your card and file a fraud alert.

Received the same call as the others followed by an email requesting a call back when I didn't answer the call.

Wondering how they get our information? We just applied for our individual Blue Cross of Oklahoma policy yesterday.

They list themselves in the email as, "Rocco Salviola & Associates/RSA Medical on behalf of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Oklahoma".

they called on two separate occasions requesting I  urgently call them back in regards to my blue cross blue shields  health insurance so I searched the callback number via Google and it lead me here.
