My wife received a call from some Andre Taylor leaving a VM saying I was being summoned in Brazoria County for writing bad checks. First of , I don't live in that county. Second, we do not write checks, let alone bad ones. I believe this is a scam.

I got a call from this guy saying he was out side my home to served a summons.
1 hour later he was at my job in the H/R dept and my boss and he gv me a summons to got to court.
These people got me fired. My court date is next month now I dont have a job and got this to deal with.

1-855-509-5712-when called back claims to be an Alliance Capital out of NC collecting for "a bounced check"
when asked for street address to mail correspondence to-supposedly due to "privacy laws" in the state of North Carolina-they cannot disclose of their address ????????-and will not tell you anything-they will serve me either at my home or place of employment-hope they enjoy the view-am on SSI and SSD-so Washington D.C.-here they come-and live in the mountains where its snowing-so I hope they dress warmly....scam city

I got this call today for someone that has never resided at this number, but is a family member. This is a total scam,  they even had my family members last name wrong.  Please do not be decieved by this scam.

Haha got a little spooked at first but did a lil research before calling them back and got this page. Now I'm going to call them back and see how much I can [***] with them

these people called me from 6:53am until I had to unplug my phone. THIS IS A SCAM.....then onto my cell phones...THEY USE SCARE TACTICS AND THEN CHANGE THEIR CASE NUMBERS EVERYTIME THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE.

They have called my home, my cell, my husbands cell and my sister-in-law now. The first time they called they were looking for a person with our last name but a different first name than my husband has and now they are saying that we will be served with a summons to appear in court for bad check charges and that he has been notified. I have yet to be served and the case number to be referenced when calling has changed twice. This is a scam!!! They won't give a name of the company that they have been retained by or the name of the attorney's office they say he should call.

Got a call from 855-509-6879. Lady named Michelle Grant calling for a family member of mine. Said she'd be at this member's house or job to serve papers. Even gave a report number. Left a message to call the number, it says CCA. No extension. Looked up the number online and no trace of this number at all.
