This man is calling me from 855-510-4749 pertaining to be someone else. I don't know him and he needs to quit calling. Don't give no information

I have received a few calls from a company recently obviously looking for the previous owner of my cell phone number. It has become an annoyance. They also left a local (Charleston, SC) number of 843-277-9826. I saw a posting on Google when I looked up this number for a business located on Orleans Road in Charleston, SC. The business is not the same business name as the caller left, "Four Star Revenue Management", but is close. I think they are collectors or something. The caller left her name as "Michelle Stewart" on the voicemails. I wish she would leave me alone as I am not the party she seeks.

Just received a call from 855-510-4749. Caller left a vm and identified himself as Mike Daniels from National Couriers and had a "Notice of Intent. " he furthered instructed me to call above number to place a stop order within 48 hours or they will come out to my work and home with papers to be signed. This sounds very suspicious since the caller failed to disclose what company he was calling for but left a call back number. I know for a fact if someone is being served they  don't get a heads up call to cancel (stop order). You're just served. This is b.s. I will try and update after 48 hours has past.

Hello, I am just wondering if you have received anything else from these people cause I received the this same phone call today.

Got a call from them saying there was a "complaint against you and your social security number". Caller said his name was Dave Simmons. Sounded like a teenager attempting to sound credible. Total scam. Do not call back.

I received a phone call from these guys as well.. It was an automated message on my answering machine stating they received my social security number and paper work and that someone would call me back in 24-48 hours to schedule an appt and told me to also call the above number... I have no clue who these people are!

Received the same call about SSN# and also check fraud. Second call said papers were drawn up and someone would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. Left the above number. In both cases my sons name was used and not mine.  Have to believe it is a total scam. Both times someone was to call me back but no one ever does. They also used the "Four Star" on the first call and left a different number. When I tried to call back no one answered. I am just ignoring it.

Talking to you instead of your son is a direct violation (third party) of the law.

Did you/your son receive anything in writing?  That is only the legal/official means of notification.

I think it's a process server. He said that he was calling from clackamas county and they had the intention of serving me paper at work or my place of business. Ill keep you posted.  He said his name was don stickens.

Process servers don't call you ahead of time. They just show up.

This is so suspicious, they called me with 669-231-6085 number, and live a voice mail with a different number for me to call them, which is 855-510-4749. The voice mail says to call back that they have received paper work concerning my name and social security, and that l'll receive a call from a representative in 24 - 48 hours to resolve this matter. Scammers go to hell for sure i know you will,,,,,,better find a job like the rest of us

Same thing at my work....called it was auto and said they had somthing with my name and ssn and to call back the 855-510-4749...

I've done collections before and they are required to provide you paperwork proving you owe a debt. When I asked for proof they refused. Ignore them, this is not legit.

I have received 2 calls in the last 4 days.  A voicemail from a woman saying her name is Barbara Davis, calling from 702-765-0650, asks me or my attorney to call 855-510-4749. She claims, like some other posts, that a complaint has been filed against my name & ss#. She claims her client will do a background check on my name & ss# & do an asset net report. She never gives name of her company or client, only a case # to refer to when calling the 855 number. Callled 702 number & recording says not in service. Total scam trying to use scare tactics. I hope these people get caught.
