It was an insurance salesperson on behalf of Wells Fargo home mortgage.

No one there when i answered

I have received 4 calls in 5 days from these people.  I blocked their number since they don't want to identify themselves on caller ID. And yet they continue to call.

Like the other posts, I keep getting a call from this number, and no one seems to be on the line. Next time I'm going to let it go to voicemail and see if they leave a msg. Annoying!

i hit redial and it was Wells Fargo, they also have the option to remove your number from their list so you do not receive further call.  The message then stated it will take up to 5 business days to process.  If they keep calling i will call back and remove my number again.

They keep calling me and said that they were looking for my mom.

I received a call from 855-522-4005, it is a solicitation call from Wells Fargo. If you call the number back it gives the option to have your number removed. I have done this in the past and the calls stop for a few months then they start back up. I Bank with them since they bought out Wachovia so I guess they figure they can bother me with solicitation calls.

A week. Wells Fargo also has other  numbers they use.  Don't answer if they call again

Called this number back - it was a Wells Fargo recording. The recording gives the option to be removed from the solicitation but if you wait for the 3rd option, you can be removed from all of their solicitations. It goes on and you can request to be on WF's internal do-not-call list (which, of course, takes 30 days to fully process). We'll see how long it is before they call again...
