Another scam artist with loads of  lies. lucky for me when the call my digital voicemail transcribed the message that i forwarded to the authorities. They are so pathetic what decent human would accept a job that required them to lie and steal every day?

They call making threats which anyone with an ounce of common sense cannot take seriously. Ignore the calls and threats, or call them out on the load of crap they are attempting to make you believe. They will immediately end contact with you and move on to there next victim..i mean caller.

Keep receiving calls from a so call process server and was given 855-541-6748. When I contacted the company they indicated they were Oakwood Mediation for pre litigation cases. They would  not give me an address to send a cease and desist letter to. I contacted the Attorney Generals office and was informed it is a scam.

They also called and threaten to come to my job. I called the 855-541-6748 phone number and got put on hold. Someone finally answered and hung up. This is horrible. I don't no what to do. They are calling job. Threatening to come to my job. My boss if furious. I could lose my job for this crap. I don't no what to do. This is out of control... :0(

they have only called me 2 times but i want a group of us to get together and press harassment charges on them. if interested in joining me leave a post

Dispicable, liars.

A Devon Reed has been calling my husband, leaving harrassing voice mails on his cell phone, work phone, and even called MY PARENTS to tell them they have a case against him. I searched the number and landed here, knowing already that it's a scam because I know for a fact that my husband has no defaults or legal trouble of any kind. I was upset enough that I called this 855-541-6748 from my wok number yesterday and got transferred to a voice mail. I left a very firm message, telling them in no uncertain terms that I will file a police report if they ever call my husband at those three phone numbers again. Then I filed a complaint with the FTC.

Fast forward to this morning. I received a phone call on my work line from "unavailable" on the caller ID. I answered, and it was a man telling me he was from Oakwood and was returning my call. I immediately said that I will call the police if he calls again and I hung up. He immediately called my work phone again, three times in a row I hung up without answering, and on the 4th call I answered and launched into an absurd argument with this man. He claimed I was "unprofessional" and that I contacted them - that they did not contact me. I told him they called MY HUSBAND and it has to stop. He claimed that no one called him from that office. I asked then why are there harrassing voice mails with this exact phone number to call back? He then changed his story and said that there's a case in their office for my husband but they're a mediation office so they didn't contact him. I said "this is a scam" and he said something to the effect of "whether it's a scam or not, it means there's a case against him in our office and we have someone trying to contact him." I again told him to stop calling us, and he wished "good luck" to us and hung up.

I am a protective wife and a mama bear mother. These people are messing with the WRONG WOMAN.

Oh I'm interested. See my post below about my experience with these people. I am ready and willing to fight back and put them to and end.

My husband received a call from this number also, saying they had a case against him.  Like Angry Wife, here is another angry wife, because like her, I know that my husband doesn't owe anyone anything.  He is disabled and doesn't even work.  They were wanting a return call so that they could get an address so that they could issue whatever claim that they have against him.  The guys name was Devon Reed and the number that showed up on my caller ID was 615-526-6632, I researched this number and it is a landline in Old Hickory, TN.  I called the 855 number and got the Oakwood place.  I hung up.  Then I googled the phone number and found this information.  I guess people have nothing better to do that to call and harass innocent citizens and try to scare them to death.
I will report this as should everyone else who receives a call from these people.  They called twice in like 15 minutes.

If it's out of control and you don't know what to do,  perhaps it's time to seek legal assistance.

Some please let me know. I would love to put stop to them like I don't have enough crap in my life . This guy was even calling my sons and my ex husband.

The man is telling me his name is Evan.

I received a call from an orginal number of 469-844-3154, a person named Eric Jones said their office had just received my case for charges and they wanted to verify my address so that they could present me with documents.  I refused to give them any info and was driving at the time so I hung up.  I then received consecutive calls on my phone from 936-372-6261, 803-334-0548, 302-223-3682, and 469-844-3154.  When I was later at a point when I could call back each of these phone numbers said extension 500 could not be reached.  I called a number left on my voice mail of 855-446-5212 and a gentlemen, Evan extension 305, would give me no information on who they were (other than Oakwood a processing firm), what charges they were speaking of but he only wanted to verfiy "my identity" by me giving him my address so they can serve me with documents.  When I said I would not provide him with anything unless he answered my questions he hung up on me after wishing me good luck!  so sad....
