received call    rude lady saying that my private cell phone number is on  court summons and mmentined a name that I had never heard off

Lady called to my job, leaving message for me to request a release order. I don't know what she said to my supervisor. Lady sent a message to me from a neighbor. This lady is harassing, and threating me on the phone.

I received a call on my cellphone from this number today. A guy named Shawn Weber said that he didn't want me to miss my court date and needed to serve me some papers. He also stated that he must receive a release order form from me within two hours. I'm not sure what company this is or what they want because I haven't received anything in the mail in regard to any past due bills or anything. I'm just going to ignore it and see what happens.

Called and told me I would be served.  I don't owe anything and it never happened.

Received a cell phone call on 11/13/13 that I am served, gave me a summons # and a phone # to call back on. The person was very angry then hung up......!

Received a similar phone call.  Indicated they had a summons to serve me.  Requested I call the 855 number and gave me a case number.  Also was fishing for my address.  Asked me if I lived at two different addresses, which neither one was valid.  Scam!!

Received another call from the same #. Said his name was Frank. He asked me if I called the #. I said I did not, he said I could save him a trip to my home, if I called the # and worked a deal out with them. I said I rather you come over with the papers. He said to me again that I should call back and get this mess straightened out. Then I just hung up. Remember this .....if someone was going to serve you legal papers, legal court forms, there is no middle man. This is 100 % fraud and it stinks real bad...........................!

Got a call at work from a guy stating that he has in town and needed to serve me legal papers. I told him i was a D.E.A  agent and i don't make a habit  calling drug lords to give them the heads up that we are raiding there house. I also told him no need find me because i was coming after him. never heard from them agian.

The Drug Enforcement Administration is warning the public about criminals posing as DEA special agents or other law enforcement personnel as part of an international extortion scheme.

The criminals call the victims (who in most cases previously purchased drugs over the lnternet or by telephone) and identify themselves as DEA agents or law enforcement officials from other agencies.  The impersonators inform their victims that purchasing drugs over the lnternet or by telephone is illegal, and that enforcement action will be taken against them unless they pay a fine.  In most cases, the impersonators instruct their victims to pay the "fine" via wire transfer to a designated location, usually overseas.  If victims refuse to send money, the impersonators often threaten to arrest them or search their property.  Some victims who purchased their drugs using a credit card also reported fraudulent use of their credit cards.

Impersonating a federal agent is a violation of federal law.  The public should be aware that no DEA agent will ever contact members of the public by telephone to demand money or any other form of payment.

The DEA reminds the public to use caution when purchasing controlled substance pharmaceuticals by telephone or through the Internet.  It is illegal to purchase controlled substance pharmaceuticals online or by telephone unless very stringent requirements are met.  And, all pharmacies that dispense controlled substance pharmaceuticals by means of the lnternet must be registered with DEA.  By ordering any pharmaceutical medications online or by telephone from unknown entities, members of the public risk receiving unsafe, counterfeit, and/or ineffective drugs from criminals who operate outside the law.  In addition, personal and financial information could be compromised.

Anyone receiving a telephone call from a person purporting to be a DEA special agent or other law enforcement official seeking money should refuse the demand and report the threat.

I just got this call, they blocked the number and Shawn left a message for a woman that was my daughters dance teacher when she was little, I have not spoke to this woman in over 9 years. Message was definitely meant to scare her and when I called back the guy was very nasty.  Number I called back was 855-545-02-50

Received the nastiest voice mail from a man named Frank inquiring about someone I knew in high school. The message stated that they had a formal complaint on their desk and this was my opportunity to call them back. I called back, spoke with a man named Sean. He said his company was the CRH group and when I asked them what their company did, his response was that since I was calling them, I should know and never told me. When I told him he had the wrong number, he said that it was for a summons. Sounds fishy to me!

Called my cell Asking for another family member. Then he (Clark Brennan) got rude. Said it was a court summons. I called back and asked the lady to take my number off of their system. She denied that they even had my information. She got rude with me and didn't want to give me the company name. CRH Group. No Website. After reading all of these comments it def smells like B.S.

They have called my place of business and threatened to serve me with a court-ordered summons.  I am a teacher and could lose my job if they continue to call me at work.  The have my home phone number, too.  

hey  look if you read this guy post what i really think he was saying is process server don't call people when they are serving them papers.... as if a d.e.a agent does not call drug dealers to give the the heads up before the raid there house. relax nobody is impersonating nobody

I received a similar call yesterday from a Levi page at my job stating that he had a sealed summons for me and if I didnt call 855-545-0250 that he was coming to my job with the police to serve the summons, he also stated that he didn't care if he went to every office building at my job until everyone I work with knew that I committed fraud. He also called my mother-in-law stating that there was a warrant for my arrest asking her where I was and about money.  Long story short the day went by no one ever showed up to serve me  anything!

They called my mom number and said that they were tryingto serve a summons. Then they called my school with the same information. The guy name was Ryan Franklin form P.C.S. Couriers.

These people are calling all relatives and phone numbers associated with a person in order to get money.  Does anyone know who to report this fraud to?  How do I get the address of these people?

Have received numerous calls from the "RH Group" over the past two weeks. They claim to be looking for someone named  "___(withheld)__" Robertson (no one here by that name). The caller identifies himself as Levi Page, the message is scripted, threatening, provides a case number, the number to call (855-545-1172), and the statement that there is only one chance and notice has been served. Different voices, but claim same name.  I've called to request/demand that my number be expunged from their database. Today, spoke with someone who said his name is Brian Collins, ext. 403. There is something definitely fishy about this group, or at least, they are inept at doing business if their data mining parameters is the same last name of someone they are looking for...if this were legitimate.

I have received several calls from 855-545-0250 threatening to serve me court papers.  They called me from a private number on my cell and anonymous at my job.  They asked to speak to my supervisor.  When I told them she wasn't available, they got angry and said to put her on the phone.  I told them when you come to my job to serve me you can meet her.  They than told me to call the number and set up a payment arrangement.  I'm going to give them my lawyers name and see what happens.  They even called my ex-husband whom I haven't been in void with in over 9 years. Funny!!!!
