I'm 99.99% positive this is a third party collection agency.

A woman called me, said she was calling for ESTCA, asked her what that stands for she said she didnt know. Not wasting another minute on the phone with someone who cant tell me what the abbreviation for their company means.

I haven't answered the calls from this number.. But they are definitely frequent and at inopportune times!!!   I suppose, if it is a third-party debt collector, it makes sense to "hound" a person around income tax time... :-(

Multiple calls over the past month that I have not answered.  Caller leaves no message.  I've had this number for a couple of years and have never been previously bothered by annoyance calls.  My phone number is also on the no solicitation call lists with both the Feds and my state.    

Started getting calls from this number a couple weeks ago.  They leave no messages and I don't answer unknown numbers.

A call from this number is trying to obtain information in order to make marketing calls.

Calls all hours of the day and night. Leaves no messages. Started in last couple weeks or so.  We have no collections at all so assuming it is either scam or marketing...

Three calls today, no idea who it is, they don't leave message
If I don't know the number, I don't answer.
If I they don't leave a message, I don't call back.

I have answered these calls on two occasions. They both were to enter me in a sweepstakes where I could win.. I asked for them to stop calling me & still constantly receive calls. I'm just going to block the number.

constant calls at all hours of the day. not sure why they continue to call my phone has told them on several occasion I'm not the person they're looking for too no avail.

Keep getting this # to a tracfone I leave in the car for emergencies.   It's a throw away phone so no one has the number.   They leave no message so I have no idea.

At least twice a day this number calls.  A message is never left.  I do not answer unknown numbers because the chances are great that they are offering a a free cruise or something or other.  However, I would like to know who this is that calls every day during the last month or so.
