New number for scam ... apparently they is no business that is proud of this number since it doesn't exist.  So you know it has to be a scam of some sort from over seas.

Calls 1-3x/day......never says anything.....must be a scam or telemarketing.

Collection agency.

They don't speak. No way to call back. Its disturbing when I am on the do not call list.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Ask me to verify my social and wouldn't give me any information as to why they were calling and refused to send me anything via mail unless I verified my social which I wouldn't do.  I told them to quit calling me and mail me something which the refused to do.

well glad it's not just me. i get a call maybe once a week for the last 2 months or so. never spoke, usually just some kind of static then they hang up.

Keep getting these calls for once a week for a month already,  never picked up. Glad found this thread, will block this number

They said they are from CenturyLink and are looking to collect on a two year old debt. Gave an address that I never lived at and an old number that I never had. Said I owed over $350 but would close the account for $200 if paid immediately. Since I never lived at the address they have on account and never had that number I'm wondering about some kind of fraud. They also sent me a bill in the mail to my actual address. Again, I never lived at the address on their files, the number I never had, and I NEVER had CenturyLink services. Something isn't adding up.

The number could have been spoofed or falsified.

I have been called by this number, and I can't understand what they are saying on phone, and when asked them to explain who they were and what I thought I heard was oscca co. They huffe d and puffed on the phone and said they wanted to know who I was. Very shady company.

Keep getting calls from this number almost every day. They don't say anything at all when I pick up and when I don't pick up, they leave voicemails for someone I don't even know.

Just got a call from this #. Would not answer any of my questions when I asked him who he was with. However he told me my address and last 4 of my ss#.. He hung up on me!! Good thing I have life lock..lol. Not a plug fyi...

Do not answer unknown callers usually

I work for century link and this is not one of our numbers this is a serious sc do not give your ssi to them. Been on hold forever with them with no answer and no valid reason for them to be calling me

Check your phone bill if you have answered or called the number back. You may be getting billed an outrageous rate per minute just by answering or calling back.

A good rule of thumb, do not answer if called from a number you do not know. And a legit caller will leave a message.

They gave me the name of the company as ELCCA. Spam!!

They call and hang up. I called them back, and got a message about all calls being recorded for training purposes and then it disconnected me.
