who are these people

This company is UCG LLC. I think they are a scam debt collector.  They called me about a payday loan that I took out in 2011.  I have paid this loan back.  They are calling my friends and family and threatening to serve me papers at work. They are very rude and threatening. I told them to sue me but they continue threatening and calling. They are relentless. I would avoid any contact with them. They will move on.

Yep - scammers!  You already know you paid this loan - they're just hoping to scare you enough that you'll pay THEM!  Please do report them to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

Kitchen-table debt scammers.  Ignore them.

They call themselves UCB.  Total scammers.  

After calling their bluff to come to my job to deliver documents, they have stopped calling me and have moved on to harass someone else. They are EVIL

I got a notice in the mail saying that I have an unclaimed award called them and they wanted me to give them money to get not only one gift card but three. I told them that I wasn't falling for their crap and will be reporting them to the BBB of course they hung up on me and now the call is saying that it can no longer be placed. If any place asks you to pay them any amount then hang up especially if it is suppose to be money that you won or unclaimed.

I am going to email the FBI the info on my Postcard they sent. They have my name and address that is Alarming to me. The postcard don't have their name are address. They say I have a unclaimed reward onm my account in savings at Walmard and or Target. I don't shop Target. They don't help Veterans.

If I get one more call or card from these freaks who don't have anything better to do than send cards through our postal services and make these creepy calls, I'm going to post on Facebook and whatever other book and the newspapers  etc. I'm so sick of this carp.  Get a regular job for GOSH sakes!
