- Sherrithis number called my mother house and left and ext with it 1424
- s| 2 repliesIt's a payday loan collection shark. They're calling to collect on payday loans going as far back as 6 yrs ago. They wont give you any paperwork proving you owe on the original loan but expects you to say, "what ever you say, whatever amount you want" & just hand them over your debit card numbers. Lol! How fair debt practice is that? IGNORE THEM OR CALL THEM ON IT! And see how nasty they get with you. They probably won't go away either especially as long as there are shady, greedy people in the world. To me it's even too risky to pay them. I don't trust them at all! These debts have been sold off so many times in 5-6 yrs that I'm afraid that even if you pay them you'll still get calls on it from the other scamming payday loan collectors or since they know they got you once already, they'll try to again under their newly changed name & number. They also keep changing those too. Theres also a scam alert about these calls & companies on the FBI web site.

- b replies to s| 1 replyYou are absolutely right...they contacted me about a payday loan I took out in 2008. I told them I paid the payday loan off with another collection company in 2012. The gentleman asked if i can email proof...I did...now I'm wondering if that was a good idea. anyway, I emailed that proof of payment yesterday and they had the nerve to call me again today...i didnt pick up...also they call from different numbers such as 678-869-0416, 803-462-5049, 208-298-7697...as you can see these area codes are all over the place but when they leave a message they all say call 855-557-3002... very fishy

- jeffReceived meesage while on another call. Similar to prior calls. I've gotten. Obviously scammers. If you do speak to an actual person, do not agree to any settlement or give out any banking or credit card info. Insist on a debt validation letter to be mailed to you listing the so-called debt, acct. #, and creditor. Needs to be sent within five days according to law. Do not accept emails. Also get as much info such as the rep's name, physical mailing address, telephone #, supervisor's name and company's name. Report any scams to the state attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission. Debt collectors are required to follow certain rules as part of the Fair Debt Practices Collections Act and many of these guys violate them so report them. I have no intention of calling them since I know who my creditors are and what bills are owed.

- H FERG jrI've been called by this company or others like it multiple times given af least 4 different names they want to talk to. I've never done a payday loan and have only a mortgage payment (current) and credit card (about to pay off- nowhere near at limit or deliquent) Called and the said the phone number they called was removed, but were very rude and hung up on me even when I asked to speak to a supervisor - which the person said they were.

- MARCUS| 12 repliesI got a call from this company 2 days ago and paid the amount the lady gave me even tho the loan was from 2010 I did not pay it back. The gave this company a PPC with the amount I was supposed to pay back. The lady gave me a 6 digit code (which was to act as a receipt). I had no problems with this company, I say of you borrowed money from these companies and did not pay it back you can surely expect phone calls.

- Gunnar replies to Tred| 3 repliesActually Tred, he's called a SH*T. A "SHill In Training". When he completes his training he'll get a certificate. He'll still be dumber than a box of rocks, but he'll smell worse & will have a certificate to prove it.
Gunnar - MJG replies to GunnarThe certificate will be printed on Charmin or White Cloud so it DOES have a purpose!
